    Could you please share a couple of various cues to keep my side abs engaged during the next inhale? I feel the side abs kick on at the end of my exhale, but when I do the inhale, I can't seem to keep the side abs turned on without using my "six pack" abs. Thank you. I love your channel!

      Press one palm at a time into your side hip to feel the engagement. Hold that for 5 breath cycles.

      ​@@canberrasofttissuetherapyr8228 what happens if also 6 pack engage? Seems like after I exhale out, in all exercises yes my side abs engage, but also six packs.
