I trust my functional medicine doctor and the clinic he is under and also the compound pharmacy they use. I am 5 months on compound pharmacy semiglutide and I lost 30 pounds which is 12.5% of my body mass. Keep going strong
@@TheJaiNetwork i work with Forum Health clinic (their are nationwise and have a youtube channel as well). And the pharmacy they use is WELL compound pharmacy in Ocala Florida. I am at 6.5 months mark now. Lost 34 pounds so far
Starting Semaglutide pill form next week. Because I am 78yrs old with heart, thyroid & internal bleeding history, my doctor has researched and read reviews for several months in order to decide best Amy to titrate my dosages. At this very moment I am 5' O" and weigh 183 because my TSH (Thyroid) became very high in 3-4 months since surgery to repair internal bleeding so doctor had to massively increase my Levothyroxine last months. Dr says there is no way I can increase my exercise enough in order to lose enough weight to help my heart because of my age. Therefore, Semaglutide is my best bet to lose enough weight to feel better enough to increase my walks daily. I am hoping that it works good enough to help me be able to do some of the things I love to do.
@@mtower8607 good luck to you. I did not hear any information about the semiglutide pill but I know the mechanism is different then with the shot. I hope I read your progess with it soon.
I am at the 9 months mark now and lost 43 pound total by now and still going strong. I increased the dosage still but not at the maximum allowed. So still room to go up (the beauty of doing it with the compound version). I am able to enjoy exercise and movment so mucj more. I do weight training 3 times a week for a few months now.Still going strong. Good luck everybody!
Actually, if you read all of the different patents filed by Novo Nordisk and Eli Lily, none of them are for the medication. The medications are peptides and no one can patent a peptide. All of the patents that the two companies own are for the devices used to inject the medicine (the pens). Also, they both have a chemical conconcotion patent for to prevent clumping of the medicine in the pens and rusting of the pens. They do not have and cannot get a patent on the peptides. The compounds are here to stay.
It’s all about the cost!! Maybe if Lilly wants keep the business they should make it affordable. Don’t blame public for seeking a better cost through compounding
Thank you, for sharing. When did you start to see results? I am using Trizepedtide w/B 12 since 1/14. I haven't had any issues thus far, and not feeling hungry but not a darn pound lost 😢
They are not diluting it. You are still getting the strength that you are prescribed. They are adding B6 or B12 to it to make it unique to them which authorizes them to sell it. It’s not a generic drug . Its tirzepitide which its the active ingredient in the namebrand version
Thanks for this short video. My question is, if the supply of the name brand Mounjaro becomes plentiful, how can the compounding pharmacy’s be cracked down on if your physician wants you to have tirzepitude mixed with something (like B12 etc). It seems that’s between the physician and patient and the compounding pharmacy is filling the need for a unique combo that isn’t available. What am I missing about that? Thank you.
What you are missing is that there is no generic tirzepatide. Either they are using untested research grade or illegal "real" tirzepatide which would be breaking several patents (illegal). I understand we all want affordable access to these wonder drugs, but until we have generics, compounding is not the way. Next ray of hope may come from the obesity version of Mounjaro. Apparently this is immenant and should come with its own "cheap" one year coupon... 🤞
It appears that your perspective is quite critical. However, it’s important to recognize that there are reputable sources that produce high-quality compounds. The cost of Ozempic, which can be as high as $1,200 for a four-week supply, is prohibitive for many people. Semaglutide, the active ingredient in Ozempic, has shown remarkable results in clinical studies, and obtaining it through compounded formulations can be a more affordable option, often costing significantly less. 😏

My PCP put me in compound Tirzepatide from a local pharmacy and I’ve lost about 47lbs in a few months. So it can be safe.

Agree! I should have said “turning it into liquid form”. It is not diluted.
I just received my Trizepedtide with B12 on 1/12. I'll take my first shot on 1/14. Ill follow-up here with an update next week.
Thanks for sharing your insights.
@gonaisaskirtgirl.. Question, have you used Trizepedtide compounding before?
I’ve been using a compounded version (Semaglutide+B12) for two months with no problems at all. 17 lbs down and planning to continue.
Which company do you use
@@shannonbailey8589are you in or near Utah? I know a company there
@@missvida6251 no I'm in Virginia. I went with a company and it did nothing over the past month
And how do you know this?

The normal compounding pharmacy we use won’t do this, we had to go to an Apothecary about 2 hours away to get the micro-dosing for Semaglutide.
the patent will expite this year in June, not in 10 years,

Agreed, I am Mounjaro from Lilly manf. I once did a compounded TRT therapy injection that made me go to ER so never again.
All they add is B12
