Hi Jamie! Thank you very much for your wonderful and detailed UA-cam C4D tutorials, your effort, your time, your love for 3D and animation. I can learn a lot from you and you make me a better motion designer ...
This is exactly what I needed...works flawlessly...Question How do setup multiple individual animations to play simultaneously? for example I have a Mixamo character pitching and I want another to be the catcher...so first the pitches-then ball travels --then the catcher catches it..ty
@@jbmocean399 being a newbie, I made to hard on myself...I discovered all I had to do was order them in the Timeline Dopesheet! thanks for taking time to respond and help others!
Is there any way to create a pose in C4D (without Mixamo) that can be blended in with a Motion Clip? I tried but the only effect it had was on the parts I animated. The rest of the rig was ignored.
Not sure if someone has posted this but combining multiple mixamo animations begin to distort the mesh over time. I know it's a weight paint solution but is there more detailed information about this? @jbmocean have you experienced this?
Hi Chadwick, thanks for pointing this out. I haven't noticed anything like that before. For any projects where I have combined Mixamo animations, either I have only blended a couple of animations or the Mixamo animations weren't in the shot for much time. I would be interested to know over how much time and how many blended animations before distortion is noticeable. Will test it out soon and see!
@@jbmocean399 HI Jamie. Yeah, it was very interesting, and a first for me. I traced it back from the T-Pose exported from Mixamo. The animation was 7 combined motion clips, and it really started showing signs into the 3rd animation. It went from a T pose to climb up a ladder, then go from there. I lost Tpose and put the Tpose in the ladder climb by going back 20 frames and just PLAing that pose with soft selections. Work! But it worked! Then I just tried with out Tpose and it worked too. I took all bump, and displacments out of textures to test this theory as well. Hope that helps anyone.
Hi EB, I didn't actually own a microphone back when I made this tutorial. I used my phone to record the opener. The phone's audio recording was pretty decent

Hi Mark, I'd say it would just be a case of downloading each animation you need from Mixamo and importing them into your project.

Are you using pivots?
How'd you mix your audio for this? Or what mic do you have?
Or at least the opener
