I am an older seasoned youtube watcher and I can usually predict those who will be successful and have many times in the past... You have all the ingredients to make the 100K and a lot more. As you continue this journey you will want to add another camera, a light etc. but you are doing great with what you have. Production quality is good and could be better but content is gold. Not sure that I'm lovng the elevator music but it isn't offensive. I know you will figure that out. Your biggest challenge is going to be not giving up.
