@@sofiavieira812 make sure your low back is touching the ground the whole time, if it lifts at any point keep your legs higher in the air (instead of close to the ground) this helps until you are stronger
For all those saying it hurts your neck. It hurt mine too the first time. I did the exercises lying down when it strained too much. Now I'm on day 9 and can get through most of the video with my shoulders off the ground without modifying. Just listen to your body and modify when you need too. You will build strength if you keep at it.
Hello friends. I just finished this two weeks challenge along with the booty challenge from the next video, and I'm feeling really transformed. It got me into the daily habit of working out. My booty has definitely lifted and rounded up. I see definition on my belly and I feel so AMAZING! I also added ankle weights for the last 4 days for the booty challenge...)) I can't believe I successfully completed it! It definitely was very challenging, but that's the only way to start seeing results. Thank you so much Juliana and Mark. I want to let you know, I lost 10 pounds doing the 14 day challenge. Even better, I have high blood pressure and it's still high, but it's gone down 40 points from what it was before. So i feel this is helping me go in the right direction!!!!! It motivates me to continue with exercise and transition to veganism. I wanted to try the 21 day pilates challenge but that has too many jumps and hops for my knees. I'll be 52 in a couple weeks. My joints aren't that great, so I'm just doing the 14 day challenge again. Can you do like a 21 day fat burning challenge without alot of jumps and hops for people with bad joints? But so far, this has been great!! Thank you
Day 4 complete and my abs already feel like rock. I had been doing some yoga and other exercise before the challenge though. My abs are probably one of the strongest parts of my body but even this was challenging for me! I love the challenges as it gives you a goal to work towards. I see what people mean about their neck . The thing is keeping your neck and shoulders up makes your core work much harder so you get more from it . I can only say that on day 4 that issue becomes a little easier. Thanks so much x
For anyone reading the comments I want and need to say(and I dont know Boho Beautiful nor am I paid). If you are looking for an a short effective pilates class that u can get at a gym, thats for advanced people like myself and u dont have the patience or the time DO THESE CLASSES. I had a baby 6mo ago and was trying to do my old faithful(windsor pilates) and realized it was working it was boring, too long with too many descriptions. I looked for short classes online and this came up. I started with 2xs a week at the end of june and saw an immediate difference. I began doin the 14 and 21 day challenge videos 3-4xs a week and now in the 3rd week of july have a flat and SUPER stronv core. Do it! try it! It will work and shes super relaxing and makes u want to travel to Indonesia. Namaste everyone and keep foing with your goals!

Day 13 done! It's taken me a bit longer to complete the challenge because I've had to rest in between but I am just one day away from completing. So I'm cool with that. Taking it at my own pace but not giving up. Once I have a daily routine that becomes a habit then I will see the change I want to be. ♥️

My mom, a physical therapist, spent an hour this morning realigning my shoulders and back from doing this routine consistently. If you don’t want to risk injuring yourself, and having hunched shoulders keep your damn back down during the workout.
Just finished day 7 :) Feeling motivated and results are showing! I've been drinking 2-3L of water a day, one vegetable juice a day and cardio 4-5/7 days.
I train my abs 5 x a week so it's already pretty strong but this one was still very challenging!! I'm on day 4 now and I'm looking forward to completing the challenge!

Very challenging workout, it was awesome! What would be even more awesome is if you could go through each of the exercises quickly before beginning the routine so that we the audience know what we're doing before launching into it. It's hard to keep up when you're having to turn your head and watch the screen carefully to see what you are supposed to be doing. Having the exercises already in mind would really help your audience get a better workout. Like a said, loved the workout, just a tip!
Great ab workout! I use the support for my neck throughout video as I have some damage to my neck. It is fantastic combo with some minor modifications.

Eventually you will build the strength to keep your head up! I’d say do some yoga/stretch warmup prior to following this video. I’ll usually follow a morning/energizing yoga video by her, then follow up with these videos to target specific areas!

Thank you so much for the video. This was actually incredibly helpful and gentle yet still gave a burn. I had to have my spine and neck re-aligned at the chiropractor from bad posturing so I couldn't do anything for a couple of days and am still limited. This was exactly what I needed. My back and neck felt fantastic and my core is truly thankful for the exercise. Keep up the awesome work and looking forward to more from you guys ^_^.
Just finished the amazing 14 day leg challenge and loved it! Now trying this one and so far feeling good! I modified as necessary to get the most out of it as I go, but I finished!
Day 13. I noticed quite a few comments on neck discomfort and I just thought I would put it out there that it definitely does put a lot of work on that area. I personally modified as necessary. My neck has become stronger, but whenever I have needed I have put my head on the floor and kept my shoulders raised to still get the ab impact while giving my neck a rest 🙂. I have loved it.
hey! I've noticed in the comments that everyone is complaining about their neck. If your neck hurts it means your not focusing on your core enough in the workouts and you're using your neck muscles instead. Either try engaging your abs more, put your hands under your head, or just rest your head down on the floor. Hope this helps :)

Thank you so much for the video. This was actually incredibly helpful and gentle yet still gave a burn. I had to have my spine and neck re-aligned at the chiropractor from bad posturing so I couldn't do anything for a couple of days and am still limited. This was exactly what I needed. My back and neck felt fantastic and my core is truly thankful for the exercise. Keep up the awesome work and looking forward to more from you guys ^_^.
Just finished the amazing 14 day leg challenge and loved it! Now trying this one and so far feeling good! I modified as necessary to get the most out of it as I go, but I finished!

Day 13. I noticed quite a few comments on neck discomfort and I just thought I would put it out there that it definitely does put a lot of work on that area. I personally modified as necessary. My neck has become stronger, but whenever I have needed I have put my head on the floor and kept my shoulders raised to still get the ab impact while giving my neck a rest 🙂. I have loved it.

your neck hurts because you need to lift yourself from the shoulderblade and u need to use different muscles not only neck muscle
That was tough for me as a recent convert to yoga but felt great afterwards.
This is great instead of the challenge, I might do this and cardio so i can sculpt my abs but also lose belly fat.

hey! I've noticed in the comments that everyone is complaining about their neck. If your neck hurts it means your not focusing on your core enough in the workouts and you're using your neck muscles instead. Either try engaging your abs more, put your hands under your head, or just rest your head down on the floor. Hope this helps :)
No it just means their neck muscles are weak. It gets better with every new training.

@@blonk3515 strong muscles don't necessarily mean big ones. Everyone should want to have them strong, since they're holding your head up and protecting your spine. For God sakes read something useful on the internet...

For these wonderful videos. 10 decades ago I started yoga it helped me alot but I get tired or sometimes got pain in my body, after seeing your videos and exercise moves that helped me to come up in body shape and mentally peaceful🧘♀️. After seeing you I felt from my heart that becoming vegetarian is the best. I LOVE YOU and I like your all yoga asana's as at an age of 40+ getting a body shape is difficult so all thanks and love to you my dear ❤️BOHO ❤️ from "a mom" 😘!.

My strength and body is doing wonders. All those that seemed impossible one day are now so manageable and the fact that I am able to convince myself to get through even those exercises which feel a bit intense, is so proud of a feeling in its own self. Ive just done this in my tent in Cornwall uk and loved it! Thank you. Im going to try and and practice more often as it makes me feel sooo much better . Just goes to show it dosnt take long and you really cam do it anywhere , so no excuses next time 🙃
