I'm overjoyed! I was finally able to complete this workout without pauses. I previously commented and expressed my desire to be able to finish this without stopping, and here I am celebrating my progress. THIS HAS NOW BECOME MY DAILY AB EXERCISE! The key to remaining at pace is to breathe in and out and move slowly. Once you get through the plank series, there is a little more ease, but it will still be challenging. Tell yourself kind words when you feel yourself wanting to stop. It's okay to modify throughout, but just keep reminding yourself that YOU CAN DO IT! I'm a petite figure girl and yoga instructor, who has been dedicated to developing core strength. Juliana - your exercises have certainly played a role in this growth. At times, I would become so frustrated by the complexity of your workouts, but I learned that I needed to give myself grace and be patient, and as a result, I've attained so much strength. You are truly an inspiration.

WOW! I've been doing this one 4 times a week since the day after it came out. At first I had to break multiple times. I don't take breaks anymore but I'm still not able to keep up with reps. I just focus on form and breathing cuz I know the strength will come with time. This super intense workout is totally working! Thanks Boho! I DO feel beautiful!!!

This ab workout is so challenging, I had to rest multiple times and even had to pause the video a couple! but I've never been more inspired to come back to this video until my abs are as strong as the rest of my body! This workout really exposed my weakness lol (abs)

I do this on the weekends along with one of your full body intense workouts because I’m a wrestler cutting weight and need to be doing something over the weekend. This has definitely helped me get in shape and get stronger.

Third day in a row trying this. Day one I had to rest while I watched parts, definitely couldn’t keep up. Day 2 I just did the plank portion but couldn’t do the whole section in one go. Today I just did the whole video again with 1 break, and kept my shoulders on the ground/did a few easier modifications and got through it. Tough, but going to keep doing it. Thanks girl!
This is the best ab workout I ever done! I felt so great next day. It was so challenging as well so I will try again and again until I get used to it! Then I will get a perfect ab for next summer!!! Yay

WOW! I LOVE this workout. Super efficient and you don't even notice the time going by. Also love your motivating words, they helped me get through some poses and push through to the end when I felt like I couldn't do it any longer. This is super hard and I still need to make modifications in some of the poses but have been doing this almost every day in hopes I can eventually do it as gracefully as you Juliana!
