LOVED the dives! They were a new sensation for me, such fun. I also love the slower, more yin pace of this series, it is giving me time to really check in and think about what my body is doing and saying to me.

For someone who has gone through a lot of this recently, the gentle support and guidance I got that helped the most was to be gentle and patient, take the time and space you need and to embrace the uncomfortable emotions, rather than think something is wrong. They are teachers revealing unknown things about our authenticity. And when we move into the unknown, by definition it can't be known, so the mind may be confused and scared. Stay present and know you are held in love and light.

this has been my favourite practice so far in this series. last year i made a commitment to myself to practice with you every single day at home - i did 359/366 days! i'm carrying that commitment with you forward into this new year, and i'm hoping for every year for the rest of my life! last year i felt a little more antsy to make sure i didn't miss any day (my longest streak was 174 days from jan 1-june 23!) as well as some struggles with starting out and gaining strength. this new year and new challenge feels different, and this prana series has let me relax fully and let the journey roll out itself, with no worrying or thinking needed. it's felt so natural so far and like you've said before, this is a time to move closer to myself and build my relationship with me. i thank you endlessly for the way you've transformed my life and the way i move through anything now by taking your grace and care that you've taught me along the way! and to my community - i love y'all! i always read through comments before during the ad and then afterwards as well. i'm so proud of us for showing up! whether you're like me and trying to commit to daily practice or finding your way through your mental health and struggling to make it even one day, you're doing it regardless! let's make this an amazing year no matter how much you end up making it to the mat... take care of yourself and be proud for putting love aside for you. see you tomorrow!

I did day 3 at the end of my day. It's always challenging when we are asked to breathe in a different way then we are used to. It really brings you inward and brings attention to the mind and body, the feelings that arise, the comfort/discomfort and eventually a release. Thank you.
I almost didn't show up, but still came. I almost gave up in the middle of the video, but still pushed through. Today I felt the power of habit, and the importance of keeping pushing it through a little bit longer. The end came earlier than I expected and it was not that hard towards the end. It was hard at the beginning, but it felt so good after I did it, as if I fulfilled a promise to a friend, and also to myself. Thank you Adriene for guiding us and being with us.

I loved the goalpost arms to angel move, surprising and I had to use my brain, it felt really good. I am still omitting held inversions, post wisdom tooth extraction, but proud of how I am adapting the sequences. Really looking forward to doing the full practices next week ❤

yesterday after the session I, just out of curiosity, wanted to check how many of the 30days I have done in the past. I was surprised how many!😮 Having finished 6 (almost 7, on day 25) and got past a week in two more, I am getting more confidence to begin and and finish Center after Prana ends. Anyone wanting to continue on like me, we got this! It's already gonna be 8 days on day 1, hehe😏. Thank you Adriene for your unconditional love and kindness🩷.

Thank you for making these and all your other videos. Your yoga changed my flexibility and as a 50yr old relatively fit cyclist who neglected stretching I can feel such improvements. This one I found so much harder than yesterday - not least trying to keep the phone somewhere I could see it. I’ve tried to start a regular yoga practice at home without consistent success. These last 4 days of Prana have been so pleasant and natural. Grateful 🙏
Day 4. ‘Breathe’ and I didn’t realise I was holding my breath in for that long! I was wondering why some poses were harder to do than others, but it was because I wasn’t actually breathing and slowly easing to it which was the problem. I’m coming back to yoga after a while and coming back is just making me realise why I Iove it so much. There’s so much that I learn from it that I can take into my regular lifestyle, so many tools that I can put into practice. This year, I hope I can continue regular practices so I can cultivate a healthier lifestyle. Thanks so much Adriene, see you tomorrow ♥️

I had an exceptional feeling of strength in today's practice, even though I wobbled quite a bit in the lunge to straight leg extensions. perhaps BECAUSE I wobbled but didn't find myself discouraged by the wobbling. it's magical to recall my yoga journey and how yoga found me when I needed it most two years ago. instead of whispering "I am strong" through gritted teeth (although I still do for particularly tough practices), I am now excited by the opportunity to say the phrase with conviction. even though it was a struggle to make it to the mat today, I never regret being here. this has been my favorite practice of the prana journey so far, and I'm so happy to be a part of this community. see you tomorrow

This series has been so needed for me this new year. I will have been practising with you for 9 years this coming July, i was diagnosed with depression and an anxiety disorder when i was 18, and a nurse recommended that i look into yoga to help my panic attacks, on my 19th birthday i went plant based and started researching yoga, i found your channel and havent missed a day since. Now at 28 my anxiety attacks are no longer a daily struggle, i am the healthiest, both physically and mentally I've ever been and its all thanks to rolling out my mat and pressing play for almost 10 years. I dont think words can describe how thankful i am for you and this platform. Truly chamged my life and made me into who i am today spirituality and mentally. Sending so much love and thanks xo

Thank you for making these and all your other videos. Your yoga changed my flexibility and as a 50yr old relatively fit cyclist who neglected stretching I can feel such improvements. This one I found so much harder than yesterday - not least trying to keep the phone somewhere I could see it.
Still have a long way to go but hopefully the more I do the more flexible I’ll be as I get older.

Another fantastic Prana practice,im loving these days,im always happy to come to the mat each day but these are just making me happier each time! Day 4. ‘Breathe’ and I didn’t realise I was holding my breath in for that long! I was wondering why some poses were harder to do than others, but it was because I wasn’t actually breathing and slowly easing to it which was the problem. I’m coming back to yoga after a while and coming back is just making me realise why I Iove it so much. There’s so much that I learn from it that I can take into my regular lifestyle, so many tools that I can put into practice. This year, I hope I can continue regular practices so I can cultivate a healthier lifestyle. Thanks so much Adriene, see you tomorrow ♥️

Energy/prana day 4 🎉 thank you, Adriene, for today's practice, I have a little more energy today, I think I will gain more energy as the month goes on and the healthier eating restarts after the Christmas/New Year eating habits went well as you'd expect, they went a little crazy🤣. 💖🧘🏼♀️🙏🏻

I had an exceptional feeling of strength in today's practice, even though I wobbled quite a bit in the lunge to straight leg extensions. perhaps BECAUSE I wobbled but didn't find myself discouraged by the wobbling. it's magical to recall my yoga journey and how yoga found me when I needed it most two years ago. instead of whispering "I am strong" through gritted teeth (although I still do for particularly tough practices), I am now excited by the opportunity to say the phrase with conviction. even though it was a struggle to make it to the mat today, I never regret being here. this has been my favorite practice of the prana journey so far, and I'm so happy to be a part of this community. see you tomorrow

This series has been so needed for me this new year. I will have been practising with you for 9 years this coming July, i was diagnosed with depression and an anxiety disorder when i was 18, and a nurse recommended that i look into yoga to help my panic attacks, on my 19th birthday i went plant based and started researching yoga, i found your channel and havent missed a day since. Now at 28 my anxiety attacks are no longer a daily struggle, i am the healthiest, both physically and mentally I've ever been and its all thanks to rolling out my mat and pressing play for almost 10 years. I dont think words can describe how thankful i am for you and this platform. Truly chamged my life and made me into who i am today spirituality and mentally. Sending so much love and thanks xo
