    I did it for the first time and I am sweating feeling better...hope my morning levels would lower down as today I came to know that my morning levels are fluctuating...hope they would reach to the normal level again...hope ur exercise would help me

    These compound exercises are no joke! Although I do not suffer from diabetes or high blood sugar, I found this workout to be very helpful as working upper and lower body at the same time is very beneficial. Thank you so much Caroline!

    Hi Carol i just recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetis cause of lack of exercise and diet since then i am thinking how can i exercise at home and in quickest time i am very thankful i found your video now i everyday watch your video and do the workout..hopefully the next i see my doctor my blood sugar comes back to normal 🙏 thank you so much again 😊

    I don't know if I'm diabetic I eat fruits every day I'm afraid that my blood sugar will rise so I do 10minutes exercises after eating.. Thank you Caroline .

    My blood sigar from 125 to 102 ❤thanks doing it regilary 20 mons morning 30 minutes post meal 2 hoirs@ 10 min after 1 hours of dinmer. Very happy feels good. God bless you.

    I am actually doing this every other hour to break up my time sitting and get a full body movement. I am upstairs and had to find something that didn't make noise, and this was enough to do it.
