I’ve started this thing where I pray everyday for 30 mins in one sitting from (7:00 to 7:30) really whenever for 70days and if I miss one day I must restart.
How can someone strengthen their knees and amount of weight they can apply? Would you recommend someone loses weight before trying these exercises. If they’re a lil overweight?
Check out the “ knees over toes “ for knee pain videos on you tube, they are awesome for knee pains d weak knees. I was one of those, but my knees are getting stronger with the exercises and I can run in games without pain . Loosing some weight will help a lot . Incline treadmill for 30 minutes x 4-5 days a week will kept in loosing some unwanted weight. God bless
