ML500 Serpentine Belt Removal Information 2006 Mercedes Benz ML 500 W164 W 164 DIY

First you need to make a drawing of the pulleys and belt path. Then will need a 17mm Deep Socket and a Breaker Bar or Socket Wrench. I show you where to place the wrench to release the tension on the belt.
__ 1) Draw the pulleys and the belt path
__ 2) Place the 17MM deep socket in the location shown in the video
__ 3) Push down, or turn counter clockwise, on the breaker bar and 17mm socket to release belt tension
__ 4) Pull the old belt off

I think the cars lug nut wrench is the correct size. I have not verified it though.
