1st Asparagus Harvest of 2024

This video is in upper central MN, zones 3 or 4. Asparagus comes out late April to mid-May depending on what winter we had. Winter of 2023/2024 in MN was very warm with very little snow, so spring came a little earlier than usual.
I boil my asparagus in salted water. And that is how I have been eating asparagus for the last 20 years. The poached egg is something I started to add recently to my asparagus.
