Some facts about Jocko Willink: 1. Willink lost his virginity before his parents 2. When he was seven years old Willink decided to live by himself and his parents moved to another house. 3. Willink's father is named Willink Junior. 4. Willink helped the nurses when he was born. 5. It is impossible for Willink to have a heart attack. Nothing is stupid enough to attack Willink 6. In schools, teachers used to raise their hands to talk to Willink. 7. Once, Willink missed two days of school in a row. These days then became known as Saturday and Sunday.
I used to do the same thing. Freeze water in Gatorade bottles keep lunch cool in small cooler. If I need more water it's there cold. Now I just bring enough water and re-freeze Gatorade bottles every day. It would probably kill me if I drank it now.

Jocko Willink has always been a goldmine of wisdom and practical advice, especially when it comes to discipline, leadership, and mental fortitude. This video, "10 Things Jocko Willink Uses Sometimes Kinda All the Time," offers a fascinating glimpse into the tools and habits that have contributed to his success and high-performance lifestyle. It's like getting a behind-the-scenes tour of how a highly effective individual operates day-to-day. It's particularly interesting to see how even the simplest items or habits can have a profound impact when incorporated into a disciplined routine. This aligns perfectly with Jocko's philosophy that mastering the basics can often be the key to achieving great things. Whether it's the choice of exercise gear, nutritional supplements, or even tactical gadgets, everything Jocko endorses comes with the promise of functionality and durability, reflecting his own tough-as-nails ethos. The video isn't just a list; it's a testimonial to the power of consistency and intentionality. What you use “sometimes kinda all the time” isn't just a matter of convenience but a declaration of values and priorities. Jocko doesn't just tell us what tools he uses; he tells us why they matter in the grand scheme of things, be it personal development, leadership, or on-the-ground tactical efficiency. The Underground Premium Content is also a superb platform for those looking to go a step further in absorbing the lessons Jocko has to offer. It's one thing to listen to his podcast or read his books, but the premium content often goes more in-depth, giving subscribers a more thorough understanding of the principles Jocko lives by. All in all, this video adds another layer to the rich tapestry of guidance Jocko offers. Subscribed and already scrolling Twitter and Instagram to join the conversation with @jockowillink and @echocharles. Looking forward to applying some of these "10 things" in my own daily routine.
Everybody acts like an old man when they're talking in front of their children. He always came across as a soldier and a leader, sharp as ever. But in this video, there's this dad-charm on his face. Totally visible when he says "..... How's that?"

He’s a comical chap for sure and another thing I love is he too loves guitars Taylor acoustic and Gibson SG. Good man he has taste. 🎼🎼🎼🎶🎶🎶🎶🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟
Jocko is a badass but that’s not the most impressive part of him. The most impressive part is he’s a good human.
We need a compilation of phrases such as “TEAMS”, “BACK IN THE DAY” etc.

I read and reread ‘About Face’ when I was in high school. Great book!
Re-using a Gatorade bottle for 10 years is a god-tier level of enviromantalism.
Jocko is saving the planet while all of us try and fail. Fact.
Gay
I used to do the same thing. Freeze water in Gatorade bottles keep lunch cool in small cooler. If I need more water it's there cold. Now I just bring enough water and re-freeze Gatorade bottles every day. It would probably kill me if I drank it now.
I don't think you know what a fact is..
The fact that was not even his purpose makes him even more badass than he already is lol
The environment is messed up, whose fault is it? IT IS YOURS, own it

Same, I picked up on him when my cousin died. Just hit the one year mark. I can say without a doubt Jocko pulled me from those dark places. It was really nice for someone to be there that could help fix some broken parts of my brain

Never thought I'd see young Jocko, let alone with a full head of hair
I thought Jocko came out the womb like that telling his dad that one day he'll be the mam of the house. You know, whenever Jocko will decide to buy cigarettes.

I don’t know if you’ll see this Jocko, but thank you for showing respect to the book About Face! My name is Zachary Hackworth, David is my cousin second removed! I work as a pharmacist and volunteer at the local veterans home a couple times a month to take care of their medications and I can’t believe how many Korean and Vietnam vets freak out when they see my last name. Love the videos 💪🏻

Please do a reaction video with Echo, Leif, and Dave on reading all these comments about Jocko. That would be pure comedy
YES
Hearing him say that he got his wife’s attention by doing an Ace Ventura line gives me even more respect for Jocko.
Jocko! Thank you for your service! Also... I am a guitar guy. Guitars are just like surfboards. You need a quiver.
When he said he keeps that book in a well protected place, he meant his hand
As a 30 year old, I wish I had more people like Mr. Willink in my life. All due respect to you, sir.
That dude blowing off Jocko for the Oakley’s is about to pack his bags
A long time ago.
This is wonderful!! Great interview!
When Jocko called himself "an old man" I gasped -- my sons are older than he is!
DUDE, don't SAY things like that; you make me feel like a coffin-dodger (I am, I just don't want to think about it).

Who cares if the videos are "out of date" they serve a real purpose an the message comes clear an strong👌 either way, good video!
He's right
this was an old video? they should go back to this style
But they're not, they're just not for the audience that expects the kind of shit (FaZe etc.) that gets confused for content these days, so they sit there and think that the rest of us are doing it wrong.
Hands down one of jockos best videos of showing his human side.
You want a more dangerous job then being a seal..? Date jocko's daughter..
That’s hilarious!
Show up to the date in a ghillie suit
It would be more humbling and an honor in my opinion. I’d pay with more than just money, but blood, sweat and tears to be an apprentice under Jocko.
Think how hard it would be not to disappoint him
Mission failed we'll get them next time
That Jim Carrey impression as Jockos SUCCESSFUL pickup line is the most precious thing
These 12-13 minutes is probably the most expressions one can ever see out of Jocko. Ever.
