This Chicken Pie Recipe is flaky on the outside and juicy on the inside.
Ingredients: The Dough
4 Cups all purpose flour
1 Cup cold water
200-230 grams Unsalted butter
½ teaspoon Salt
Ingredients: The Filling
1 Cup chopped Onion
1 Cup Carrot diced
4 Garlic cloves chopped or minced
1 kg Boneless Chicken Breast
1½ Cup Irish potatoes diced
90-100 grams Unsalted butter
½ teaspoon Chicken Bouillon
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Thyme
1 teaspoon Chili Pepper
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
½ teaspoon Curry Powder
1 Cup Water or broth
Additional:
2 tablespoon flour for dusting
1 Egg for egg wash
