It’s so strange, but the first interview I’ve seen with Ronnie was the valuetainment one. That whole interview just made me nervous the whole time. It’s like it was very on edge or something. Hard to describe it. The Rogan one was much more kick back. This is the best one though right! It’s more every day real life.
From a different narrative and perspective definitely this has been one of the best Ronnie interviews with all the previous ones he’s done they always felt repetitive in nature so it’s great to hear different stories and to see how organic the conversations grew over time
Personally, I believe this is the best podcast channel. Every episode has been phenomenal. This one is by far my favorite one out. Had the privilege to meet Hany and Ronnie at the Dubai Muscle Show. Both of them are super friendly. No chance to have a conversation with Ronnie because of the long line of people waiting to meet him, but with Hany I got to chat with him, amazing character!!
Great interview and conversation Hany. I simply love Ronnie and what he has done for the sport of bodybuilding and setting the standards in sport, mindset and dedication. I always thought he was Mr Olympia from the first time I saw him in the Flex Magazine back in 1994. I could not believe, then, that he was NOT Mr Olympia. I thought the Judges were blind. He was complete to me ... had the best height, frame and thickness and attitude. I was so happy he won his first Mr O title in 1998. It was his time ... and he stayed there at the top for 8 consecutive years. He deserves to be called the GOAT. He was and still is very inspirational to me. He was an Accountant, I was an Accountant. He had muscles before he lifted weights, I did too. .... I met him in 2003 and again in 2014. Was still the same bloke ... so nice and a true champion. Thank you Hany and Thank you Ronnie. with all the interviews I've seen since I got into this sport in 2011, this has been my favor its interview of Ron. I think that by having that connection with the athlete whether it was good times or bad, there's more feeling that translates through. You have a lot of history with the athletes, not many people really know how many people you've worked with or even how long you have been doing this. You worked with Lee Priest to help him win a show. accomplishment after accomplishment what a hell of a Ride Keep cranking them out Hany you taking requests on interviews?

I'm not good at writing to people or letters but here we go. Well I'm 15 and I'm from South Africa with big dreams. Ronnie Coleman and Flex Whealer are my role models, these two legends I really look up too.When I saw Ronnie and Flex I knew I wanted to look like that or better if thats possible. I'm down for any amount of pain Ronnie Coleman's in right now and literally anything that has to do with me getting bigger and better than I am right now. I weigh 80 kg's now and i stared at 69 kg's last year, I've been working hard 6 times a week abd ben dieting for 2 years now since last year. I would like some advice from Ronnie Coleman. I genuinely think he is the greatest bodybuilder in the world. He was bigger than the sport because he worked hard and he loved what he did. So I actually would like some advice from him and he's guidance bc there's only one way to be the best and that is to learn from the best and I'm willing to give everything, sacrifice everything, to be the best like he was and what ever he says I'll take his advice and do it. I'm gonna do whatever it takes. His advice will be really appreciated. Thank you Mr Rambod for this interview, I learnt alot from it. Sorry it is a lil bit too long.
Growing up in Arlington at age 16 starring working out at metro pictures didn’t do justice seeing him in person. Everyone at Metroflex trains like that. I knew by body couldn’t I was never very strong in a powerlifting way. I never met one person that had anything bad to say about Ronnie great guy. I’m good friends with his without partners growing up. I was lucky enough to be in one of the documentaries that had on us at metro the same year Hany was prepping me for the 2011 nationals whey I was suppose to turn pro I was on point best ever looked. Enjoying the podcast now.
