Thank you so much for having me on Hany. I always have such a good time talking to you the time flew by! To everyone watching hope you loved it! Sorry my shirt was causing some weird lines 🤷🏽♂️
We love you Fouad. Keep doing the amazing work. I can honestly say I wouldn’t be as involved in BB if it wasn’t for when you and Luke started the podcast.
These two are a dynamic duo. Would love to hear them talk more about business, past and present bodybuilding, and everything going on in the industry. Great stuff
A very easy listen. Highlights how well spoken and relatable Fouad is and that major shows like the O and the Arnold need to keep hiring him for commentary. Subbed.
As much as I like Justin and hate to see him go, we get so invested in these guys watching them week in and week out, I loved Fouads response to them leavening the team. Love that he is standing on his beliefs and standards. The name of the company is literally Hosstile and the guys expect to not work your ass off? No Sir!!! Love it, good for you Fouad
@@ddbb-o8t to be fair the athletes that left hosstile only mention that there were differences in ideas and thats it. In justin case he is also a business owner and prob could not combine the requirements from his own business and hosstile requirements.
Fantastic podcast guys, was introduced to fouad through Luke originally, and have never missed a podcast. Luke was a perfect example of severe imposter syndrome. Rest in peace. Can relate to many things in this episode… Hany and Austin, hats off, epic podcasting!
I just fell in love with your podcast Hany! Loved this conversation and the special interaction between you and Fouad, gave me some good solid laughs. Also loved that the conversation was about cars and trackdays for a good solid 20min. Would love to hear a talk about your persian and Fouads arab background.
Been waiting a long time to be a fly on the wall for these two. Picture quality on fouads on screen side is a bit off, but other than that, happy as hell to see this pop up to watch
29:20 Definitely Agreed with What they said. Honestly When I did my first show last year that was the mindset I had I know I got what it takes but I gotta be realistic with myself at the end of the day. As long as im bringing my best that’s all that matters to me.
Phenomenal podcast y’all. Fouad, thank you for being so open about your anxiety and the speaking on imposter syndrome. If I identified any more with what you said on imposter syndrome it would be scary. Great input from Haney as well
2nd comment 🤣🤣 Fouad is awesome. I think he’s been an amazing ambassador for BB’ing. Hany - my wife, an IFBB Women’s Physique Pro and I are Elite Athletes for Evogen. We also use FST - 7 training principles as well..
Fantastic episode that maybe should be a yearly thing with two critical thinking minds that can be objective. If you've never seen Fouad before, he has an amazing channel. Would love to see The Shed in his last year work with Hany to see if he can unlock his super saiyan self that I believe he could achieve.
The bodybuilders now have confidence because there’s nobody dominating right now. There’s no Ronnie Coleman or a Phil heath in this era it’s wide open.
Honestly, as much as I'm interested in bodybuilding, I wouldn't know half of the guys that come on Fouad's podcasts if they weren't there. Or I'd know just a name but never the actual personality behind it. It's definitely the case that Fouad brings a lot of value into those athletes' professional lives, and it's odd to see that it's indeed not always appreciated enough.
The question of assessing other competitors?! IMO - some do, some do not. When I was backstage at Master’s National’s, walking around backstage, I remember seeing images so to speak, but I really didn’t size up someone else and think?! Can I bet him or not!! I was looking to win! I wasn’t concerned about who else was back there..
Manager Matt and Jay had a long conversation about sponsored athlete’s work ethic and expectations when applied to obligation to sponsors that synced up with your philosophy as well. I think Matt had a lot to get off his chest🤣
I finished watching it was a good podcast I don't know why he felt like that because he had and still does have a very good body I always wondered why he didn't go farther with bodybuilding because he definitely could have he was huge. But I do understand because I'm the same way if I have anything good going on or something that I'm extremely excited about I've got a million reasons in the back of my mind or why something's going to happen to blow it and it's not going to work out so I can understand his train of thought. I enjoy both of you guys podcast y'all need to have some women on every now and again😅
Lou Joseph was an absolute freak! Fouad is absolutely right about that, in his defense however he most likely refused to damage his body, he has a family and I'm certain he picked a way to make a living without taking years off his life.
Thank you so much for having me on Hany. I always have such a good time talking to you the time flew by!

All good dude! Loved the podcast
We love you Fouad. Keep doing the amazing work. I can honestly say I wouldn’t be as involved in BB if it wasn’t for when you and Luke started the podcast.
It’s always a great time when we talk about old times and what’s changed in the last 15 years! You’re welcome anytime Fouad. 💪😊👍
💪💥
and mr olympia it's nothing special 😂❤
Fouad is the reason why I follow every member of his podcast, he has a power to present his guests in the best way.
James Hollingshead is the person who doesn’t believe in himself as much as his talent shows. ❤
Man i love james' physique, it's dense af
James is a really strong gym bro
Timestamp?
100 percent Agree with this.
Don’t know James personally but he’s got a great physique. 💪👍
The two greatest Bodybuilding Podcast gurus together! What a way to welcome the weekend!!!! :) :) Exceptional!
These two are a dynamic duo.

that what he wants you to believe all these athletes none of them want to work lol-

@@levon8262 Exactly I mean people's situations are different & there's only so many hours in the day & you CAN'T do it all no one can .
I’ve been following Fouad’s podcast since him, and Luke started. He’s a really great interviewer and show host!
Absolutely! Quite possibly the best
💯
Fouad can easily run a talk show on major tv channels, what a great talker
Fantastic podcast guys, was introduced to fouad through Luke originally, and have never missed a podcast. Luke was a perfect example of severe imposter syndrome. Rest in peace. Can relate to many things in this episode… Hany and Austin, hats off, epic podcasting!
Severe imposter syndrome !!!??? I find it "interesting" how people claim to know what goes on in the minds of other people !!!???
Fouad absolutely nailed it. To be apart of the brand there are requirements and responsibilities! Real principles and values! 💪💪💪
This is the BEST EPISODE OF THE ENTIRE HISTORY OF THIS PODCAST! Gret flow and content with PURPOSE! Fouad and Hany drop real JEWELS. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🙏🙏🙏🙏
Literally 2 of the best guys in the industry (Hany & Fouad) on a podcast. Excellent episode
Fouad talking about how one should be grateful , was probably the most important take home message in the whole episode here.
The chemistry between these guys is awesome! I love hearing them busting each others balls! Great podcast!
This was awesome, super super cool to see Fouad as the grasshopper perspective. John could bust his balls like a pro too 😂
why do i feel that fouad is the host and hany is the guest😂
He’s trying to takeover my podcast! 😂😂😂
I’m going over to his next! 💪😆
That would be great to see
I would've loved to see Hany, Chad, and John on as guests all at once

The collab we all wanted
Fouad coached by Hany & competing at Masters would be freak’n awesome. Come onnnn!!!
Been waiting a long time to be a fly on the wall for these two. Picture quality on fouads on screen side is a bit off, but other than that, happy as hell to see this pop up to watch
55:11 who else comes here just for this 😂😂
this is my opinion ... this is Hani's best podcast ... by far... this is a good combination Hani and Fuad Abiad .... 😂
29:20 Definitely Agreed with What they said. Honestly When I did my first show last year that was the mindset I had I know I got what it takes but I gotta be realistic with myself at the end of the day. As long as im bringing my best that’s all that matters to me.

Finally more the truth podcast content. Definitely need more of these.

2nd comment 🤣🤣
Fouad is awesome. I think he’s been an amazing ambassador for BB’ing.
Hany - my wife, an IFBB Women’s Physique Pro and I are Elite Athletes for Evogen. We also use FST - 7 training principles as well..
Great discussions by two great podcasters. Thanks Hany and Fouad. 👍🏼
Totally agree Lesley! BTW, I liked you being on Iron Rage the other day 😊👍🏻🙌🏼💯💯If anyone can help Jimmy The Bull, it would be you.
Wow finally Fouad got Hany on RBP 😂
hahaha that's what I said. HE IS THE ONE asking the questions hahah :) :)
Fouad and Hany, you guys should do more podcasts together. Loved it guys!!
No bro! Fouad does most of the talking which makes it about him!
Hello Hany! Always appreciate your incredibly smart interactions with guests. Thank you sir:)
When you drive a car, the car protects you. When you ride a motorcycle, you protect the bike 😂😂
This has been a long time coming..❤
Finally! what a combo! 💪
Thank you so much Boss! what an awesome Podcast!
HD is obviously one of those companies.. Nick walker literally promotes their products with sealed containers 😂 1:09:36
True
Paul is my favorite bodybuilding personality, what a guy
We need a part 2❤
Excellent conversation. Truly professional between two great individuals who truly know the sport and the character of it in general.
Hany another blockbuster of a pod cast..I'd love to see you have Shawn Ray on. He's so controversial with a lot to say would be a great watch.
SO GOOD I watched it twice💪🏽😊🔥
I love this so much. Long over due
Finally. I’ve been waiting for this
Austin you should look into seeing if you can find a Tesla hack code to make your car sound loud!
I'm a big fan of your co-host Austin. Great podcast, kindest regards, Richard U.K
Fouad is awesome! Makes me love bodybuilding even more.
Fouads ability to laugh at himself is very admirable
Already know this is going to be a good one!!

Love the chemistry between these two.
2 of the Podcasters in the same one! 🙌🏾 now Fouad, have Hany on, so we can get a double dose
Just made my cardio session better
When Fouad said he was 44, I had to look up his birthday. Fouad, I am almost 5 months older than you. My birthday is 5/19/78! That is so cool!
Omg no way so cool 😅
@@joenaps104 I know! I'm a big nerd!
Great Great podcast guys. ❤
Great podcast gentlemen

This is legendary 🎯
Great podcast on mindset🙏🏼🔥
This is fucking awesome! I absolutely love to see it!
That was a amazing podcast !!!
The truth is that without drugs there would be no bodybuilding 😂😂
Fouad vs Bpak was great to hear about competing to be Canada’s best
1:04:22 why do I always feel like Hany's talking about Andrei when he refers to his athletes slacking? lol
That goes for any athlete! 😂😂😂
Having Paul on would be fantastic! 😂
