This was the shit i loved the wwf back in the 80's. Thats when wrestling was good as hell. Ricky the Dragon Steamboat is my boo💗💗.Rip to the ones that passed💔😟😟😢
80s and 90s were just better. Better characters. NOW it just seems like everyone just has generic first and last names. no weirdo charaters. no magic. the 80s knew how to put on a show.
I love the WWF of the eighties and early nineties! I especially love the videos you do about wrestlers interacting with the fans! As we share our hearts and lives with each other! I also truly enjoy almost all of the biographical videos, as I have always felt very deeply connected great majority of the superstars. I love learning about their lives and their families outside of the Ring! On myself have Bret Hart as a very heartfelt favorite, I was blessed enough to meet Bret.in 1995! In the month of July. It was the 26 of July 1995 to be exact! I also wanted to marry Bret Hart ! This is when I was quite a bit younger! Amazing man, very sweet!
This section was very informational. I did not realize what had become of these wrestlers from the 80's as many stars just drop out of sight as the WWE has a habit of not divulging the real situations with most wrestlers when they leave the organization.
Honorable mention for Frankie the Bird on Koko's entry. RIP Frankie. Idk why, but that death in wrestling bothered me more than some of the others. I loved that bird.
this would be an excellent ongoing series. maybe like 3 historic wrestlers an episode "where are they now." I'm not a hardcore wrestling fan by any means. But I do often find myself looking up wrestlers to find out where they are up to. sadly, there's a lot that I just find out are dead.
I heard the Billy Jack died a good few years ago. Don't know when this video was made but I sure was glad to see him mentioned. He was my late father's favorite.
One of the best and most underrated "scientific" wrestlers of his time. He had an utterly fantastic range of acrobatic skills. His drop kicks from the top rope and "Ghostbuster" were always fantastic.
For years my neighbor Tyrone would always tell me they are first cousins. i never put much thought in it. one day he stops by and invites me to a cookout. I show up he says, "let me introduce you to someone" well I be damn it was Koko.
I remember being a kid and watching Macho Man drop the ring bell on The Dragon's throat, from the top rope. I was sure that it was real, and Steamboat was really messed up...!? Those were the days, man!!!!
@@InazumaStudios1 Great movie! Pictures like that take me back. I can vividly remember these years. Just a few ideas and suggestions for you I promise you don't have to take them all. Thank you very much for your attention operation and consideration.
Loved it bro! I saw some guys that I'd actually forgotten about. The Tonga Kid, Billy Jack and Greg The Hammer. It's been a few years since I'd heard those names. Thank you for the trip.
Where were the Killer Bees, Barry Windham & Mike Rotundo, The Junkyard Dog, George the Animal Steele, Terry Funk, Jesse The Body Ventura, The Magnificent Muraco, Adrian Adonis?
Hillbilly Jim, Billy Jack Haynes and Hercules Hernandez were just a few wrestlers that were not used well by WWF. All should of held, at least, the intercontinental championship more then once. I remember Billy Jack and Hercules matches against each other. Good stuff.
Grew up next to a private golf course as a kid. Caddied there in the summers for a couple years. When WWF was in town had the chance to meet King Kong Bundy and Chief Jay Strongbow. Two of the nicest men I have ever met and didnt mind taking some time for the kids. It was hard to believe upon meeting them that King Kong Bundy was a heel cuz he was cool as shit in person.

What about all the great names: Hulk Hogan, Andre the Giant, Ravishing Rick Rude, Jake The Snake Roberts, Road Warriors, Rougeau Brothers, Dino Bravo, Ultimate Warrior, Randy Savage, Brett Hart (yeah, he was in the 90's as well) and so many more, a lot more popular than those mentioned...?

Hulk Hogan Bret Hart long Michael Macho Man Randy Savage Hillbilly Jim the Rockers Shawn Michaels and Marty jannetty the Hart Foundation Misty Elizabeth Jim Powers and Paul Roma the young stallions Jimmy Hart Rockin Robin Wendi Richter and many others I'm sure I'm forgetting some. I also loved the heart of people like Andrew's Martin AKA test I loved to see Shawn Michaels rise as a Christian. A testament to what I knew already. Also loved Kevin Nash as Big Daddy Cool Diesel. This is when he had the really dark brown hair, his heart just seemed to really come through during this time of life in the WWF.
I love your videos, one of the best wrestling channels we have. Can you do a list of the best wrestlers from the territories? Like the REALLY old school guys. Or probably the best guys from each territory, that'd probably work better.
I actually met Nikolai Volkoff in the late 1990s at an independent wrestling show in Clifton Heights, Pa. It shouldn't have been a surprise Koko made it to the Hall of Fame. Indeed, Koko should have been inducted a lot earlier. That little guy drew crowds, just not to the level others did. He was a brilliant house warmer. Funny, with more of an in ring push he could have been even bigger than he was. At the time he was making it in the mid-cards smaller guy's and black blokes really weren't where the money was. In many way's Koko was years ahead of his time and with more diversity and another gimmick (the "Birdman" sadly probably wouldn't go over with today's fans) he may have been something of a Mysterio.
