totally wrong about Martel, Martel had a couple memorable moments in WCW including winning the tv title, and it was a concussion from a botched harlem hangover that took him out for a while then in his return match several months later is when the leg injury happened

They said they were paid more, had more days off between matches, and were given employee benefits such as health care, etc. That is because Ted Turner has a real sports management background with the Atlanta Braves and Hawks. That Bossman feud with Big Show wasn't that bad. That casket ride was actually funny. But that Kennel from Hell match and feud with Snow... yeah that was terrible.
Rick Martel first entered the WWF in 1980 teaming up with Tony Garea to win the tag team championships from The Wild Samoans prior to becoming tag team partners with Tom Zenk and later Tito Santana becoming a third time WWF tag team champion

you do know that Barry Darsow had a pretty good run in WCW/NWA as Krusher Khruschev, he held the NWA World Six-Man Tag Team Championship with Ivan and Nikita Koloff, he also won the NWA Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Championship in a match with Sam Houston, and was part of the first team (along with Uncle Ivan) to hold the US Tag straps so I'd say he had a decent run there...those were good times back in elementary school parking my ass in front of my 13" color/b&w (depending on the tv) television on a Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock to watch some JCP, and/or NWA Mid-Atlantic wrestling, and of course if my dad would let me (he didn't like wrestling, told me it was fake after he saw me watching it for the first time and I was crushed) I'd watch WCW on WTBS at 6:05 on Saturday evening...damn, good times indeed!!!
