Unfortunately the back ground music is distracting and annoying . The image used to illustrate a manoeuvre needs to be made bigger so those of us with visual impairment can actually see what is being clicked. Apart from this caveats the video is simply explained. I have to try it yet. However two issues need to be addressed. How much does using google drive cost? Secondly are there privacy and data protection issue when uploading to a web OCR site ?

Hey, is it possible to do this without a clear scan. Like the piece of paper I have is old and has been photocopied a few times so it has imperfections. Is there a way to remove those imperfections. Also the document has columns. I don't know if there is a way to clean it up or if I just need to go convert it all manually by hand.

I have image as PAN card and used Google docs and edited then downloaded but still on the image same old text not the updated one

1. Go to - ocr.space/
Select "Choose file" and upload your image.
2. Choose options
Do receipt scanning and/or table recognition
Create searchable PDF with invisible text layer
3. Start OCR.
4. Download Searchable PDF

Could this method be used to convert a GIF image file which can be opened only through Paint program into an MS Excel (xlsx) sheet? Please guide.

from excel, insert > illustrations > picture > this device.
if you want to covert gif to some other format, open in paint and use save as.

Friend - import pdf in to word and then edit it as a word file. once done export word file to pdf.

This doesn’t work if there are indentations in the line like when u start a new paragraph, how would we get that to work, thanks!
pls try other method told in the video. and with the current status of the this technology the final manual touch is expected after OCR.
