Great song, excellent concert! There were 20 million requests for tickets for this concert, and this happened 27 years after Led Zeppelin disbanded because of the unexpected death of their drummer, John Bonham. That tells you the massive impact Zeppelin had on the world of rock music. Still to this day, 43 years after disbanding, they have the second highest number of rock album sales on record (The Beatles have the highest). These guys were/are a real phenomena and no other band has ever been able to replicate their genius or their magic. Edit: John Bonham's son, Jason, sat in for him on drums during this concert and did an outstanding job!
Incredible that Kashmir first came out in 1975 and this was in 2007!! Robert, John, and Jimmy are as great as back in the day! Robert's vocal are killer!! Robert was 58 here ! 🤘❤️

One of their best songs out of a discography of fabulous songs. Great reaction. This was the first time the surviving members played a full concert since their last tour in 1980 and appears to be the final time they will play together. Bonham died later in 1980 and the band disbanded. Understandably. The 4 of them had a unique and irreplaceable chemistry. Jason Bonham is channeling his Dad in this gig. All 4 - such a tight performance!! So Good. Please do more from this gig.
I had the privilege to see Led Zeppelin perform this song at Capital Center in Largo, Maryland. It was my 18th birthday present from my then boyfriend ( what a birthday present it was! ). Led Zeppelin we’re amazing then in 1977 and then in 2007, some 30 years later!

It'd sure be nice not to have to squint to see the video. Couldn't watchmen I can barely see the band. I think a significantly larger area for the video to be seen. Keep up the good work...like your appreciation of Zeppelin. This is my music as a teen in the '70's.
This live version 30 years later is certainly good but the original studio version from their 1975 album Physical Graffiti or the re-mastered studio version off the 1990 Mothership CD is better. In this case NOTHING beats the original, period.
Being in our 60’s, 70’s and 80’s ain’t got nothing on us. I am 61 now and I still go to concerts 6 - 10 times a year I even go to different parts of Florida or other states to see my favorite bands. As long as they’re still touring, I’m still going. I can rest when I’m dead.😝
ok...better than Kashmir.... listen to the 26 minute LIVE Dazed and Confused (and Rain Song, too) from the LIVE album called The Song Remains the Same. It's also a Movie. Grab a Blunt and a comfortable chair and hang on for the ride of your life.
I like Jimmy's tone in that one due to the Les Paul instead of the dragon Tele, but 26 minutes? Fuck mate, they could've played 3 or 4 other songs instead of doing a 30 minute performance. I much prefer Dazed from the Supershow 69 or Albert Hall.
Why would you react to a 50 year old song, and use the version done by old men who don't have the vocal range they did when the song was made famous? Waste of time.
Unnecessary to be nasty man we all have either grow old or we die. BUT- That old man could wipe the floors with most of the recording “artists “ that are the supported to be great vocalists of the past 20 years.
Going to see Robert Plant on August 13th and 14th, 2024, at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre in Vancouver, Canada! Tickets cost a lot but so worth it!! Seen Robert in Vancouver in 1983 and again in 1994!!

We tried to got some tickets, with my father (who passed away 2 years after), and my uncle, they were 20 in 1969, but, we didn't got the chance to win a ticket!😅😭20 millions peoples asked, for only 20,000 tickets! They made a lotery! Ridiculous!😅Jason, was great on drums! What kind of musicians, human beings, can play like that at 65 or 70 years old? It's crazy! Beautiful! But, you should watch the live version, at Earls Court, 1975, or Knebworth 1979, with John Bonzo Bonham, on drums, to see the real power of the ZEP! 😅✌️👍

Oh, let the sun beat down upon my face
And stars fill my dream
I'm a traveler of both time and space
To be where I have been
To sit with elders of the gentle race
This world has seldom seen
They talk of days for which they sit and wait
All will be revealed
Talk in song from tongues of lilting grace
Sounds caress my ear
And not a word I heard could I relate
The story was quite clear
Oh, baby, I been blind
Oh, yeah, mama, there ain't no denyin'
Oh, ooh yes, I been blind
Mama, mama, ain't no denyin', no denyin'
All I see turns to brown
As the sun burns the ground
And my eyes fill with sand
As I scan this wasted land
Try to find, try to find the way I feel
Oh, pilot of the storm who leaves no trace
Like sorts inside a dream
Leave the path that led me to that place
Yellow desert stream
My shangri la beneath the summer moon
I will return again
As the dust that floats high in June
We're moving through Kashmir
Oh, father of the four winds fill my sails
Cross the sea of years
With no provision but an open face
Along the straits of fear
Oh, when I want, when I'm on my way, yeah
And my feet wear my fickle way to stay
Ooh, yeah yeah, oh, yeah yeah,
But I'm down oh, yeah yeah, oh, yeah
Yeah, but I'm down, so down
Ooh, my baby, oh, my baby
Let me take you there
Come on, oh let me take you there
Let me take you there

It'd sure be nice not to have to squint to see the video. Couldn't watchmen I can barely see the band. I think a significantly larger area for the video to be seen. Keep up the good work...like your appreciation of Zeppelin. This is my music as a teen in the '70's.
Try Kashmir from 1979 at Knebworth!!!
you should of heard him in his prime
why not do the end of led zep 1 how many more times???
Not sure but I’ll get it done soon ❤️
@@JMBOYTV Excellent! Was hoping you'd do that, and hoping you also move on to album 2.
Because it was suggested to me by people that enjoy my reactions….
I appreciate your reaction to this video! You did not interrupt it constantly. Led Zeppelin we’re The Godfathers of Heavy Metal, along with Black Sabbath! If John Bonham hadn’t died in 1980; this band would have gone on with the original members for a long time. So glad Jason is on drums! He is the son of John Bonham. He is beating those drums like somebody stole from him!!
