Neutrogena scalp therapy is the same thing. They have a whole line. The extra strength is 3% salyilic acid
It was hard to find the products in the line where I live. So I got what I found.
How do I use it in the shower?
The same way I used it out of the shower.

If you live in the U.S., it’s available at Kroger, Publix, Walmart, CVS.
