Hi are you still using neutrogena t sal? Did you try nizoral shampoo 2% for sebopsoriasis.I am using coal tar shampoo it was working very well now after 2 months it's not working on my scalp. Can u suggest best shampoo and hair routine how many times u wash hair per week.

Looks good! I would probably add some frozen spinach since I usually have that in my freezer since I like having something green in each meal. If I planned ahead, I'd do fresh parsley to finish. Thanks for sharing!

Okay, I watched all three parts but I am leave my comment on the last part. I want to applaud you for being transparent in your journey with sebopsoriasis. I can't imagine having to manage the symptoms of it on top having to use a special shampoo to help with the flare-ups. Hopefully, you can find something to manage it. Now, on to the good part -you look beautiful with and without the locs. Wow! The short cut looks amazing on you. One thing about this household - we don't hold on to hair LOL it grows back and its grows back long and beautiful! You should document this journey of your new hair - if you want! #blackexcellence
