How to make Vietnamese egg coffee┃Cafe GIANG

Vietnamese egg coffee is made with egg yolk and condensed milk, and then added to the black coffee, which has a taste like tiramisu. I heard that such egg coffee started in the 1940s, when milk was a luxury in Vietnam, and eggs became a cheap alternative. The taste is very special, let's try it.

RECIPE
▼ Ingredients
1 egg yolk
Sugar 1/2 tbsp
Condensed Milk 1/2 tbsp
Instant Coffee 1/2 tbsp
Hot water 30ML
▼ Instructions
1. Prepare eggs that can be eaten raw, separate the egg white from the yolk
2. Egg yolk is added with condensed milk, sugar then beat with a whisk until it rises, pour into the cup
3. Instant coffee is flushed with hot water  and poured into a cup
4. Finally add cocoa powder ,  evenly mixed and ready to drink.

You know what I love about this, it's less messy than the South Korean one. but both are equally beautiful
also, that cup is very similar to a cup that my dad, grandpa, and uncles drank from back in their home country of Palestine with heavy coffee. Makes me miss them so much since life has become hard there...sorry

Please don’t use instant coffee…use a phin, or, if you don’t have one a French press…and use robusta beans… then you will actually have VIETNAMESE coffee
