Went to Hanoi in June. Specially went to drink Egg coffee at Cafe Giang!! My friend also impressed with its egg coffee! Super yummy! Hot taste better than cold, maybe becos its not diluted by ice. Highly recommended!!

I went to their shop in Yokohama Chinatown In Japan, for the first time yesterday. It was absolutely delicious ! I had the cinnamon egg coffee. Sugar as definitely added to the egg, because it was sweet, but the coffee was super dark and robust. Definitely going back again.

C'est vrai super café qui se boit presque uniquement à Hanoï.... sur tripadvisor vous allez le trouver facilement par contre attention il y a 2 cafés l' un à côté de l'autre et l' original est bien meilleur!!!!!

Were you in the south? This coffee is more common in northern vietnam.
Cafe Giang is AWESOME! Can someone tell me just what their egg/sweet condensed milk ratio is? The best Egg Coffe was definitely in Cafe Giang and I really want to try and replicate it at home. Cheers
The ratio is really depend on you. Whether you like it creamier (add more yolk) or sweeter (add more condensed milk). But if you want a ratio then this is mine. Im using cappucino cup (5-6oz), add 2 egg yolks, 3tbs of condensed milk, mix it well untill it look kind of fluffy (i highly recommend using a mixer, you can whisk it with a whip but it gonna took you forever and its hard to get the consistency you wanted), then add fresh brew coffee (works best with robusta + arabica beans). Enjoy 👍

example in Finland practically all chicken eggs are salmonella free so you can eat those raw.
Trứng đánh bông nhìn ngon, cafe có thể ngon nhưng cách trình bày chưa hoàn thiện lắm, cả cái khuôn vuông chế nước sôi rồi cho cái tách vào, nó hơi nhỏ nên phần quai tách bị vướng vào khiến cái tách bị nghiêng và lung lay. Rồi cái cách rắc bột nâu và rót cafe vào cũng ko đẹp. Nên học người Nhật trong cách trình bày ẩm thực, thì món này sẽ còn ấn tượng và tiềm năng nổi tiếng hơn.
Không biết uống cà phê trứng thì nhịn nhé. Cái cốc phải nghiêng như thế thì lúc uống cả trứng lẫn cà phê mới uống được cùng lúc, để đứng cốc thì chỉ húp được trứng thôi.
Hạc Giấy Thiên gia thế muỗng để làm gì? Bớt ti toe lại dùm.
@@ductong4202 kể cả dùng muỗng mà không nghiêng cốc cũng khó múc nhé, lúc nhấc muỗng lên cà phê rớt hết chỉ còn trứng, cái muỗng đấy bé chỉ dùng khuấy là chủ yếu, chả ai mang cái muỗng cơm bỏ vào li cà phê bé tí, mà cũng chả ai xúc hết cả li cà phê, đi uống cà phê chứ không phải đi ăn. Bạn cũng bớt ti toe đi.
Hạc Giấy Thiên gia thế khuấy mà ko làm cho trứng và cafe hoà tan đc à, ai nói thế? Có ai bảo dùng muỗng cơm đâu, đưa tôi cái muỗng cafe là đủ, còn b ko khuấy đc thì quá kém :)) còn nếu muốn nghiêng thì họ vẫn có thể đặt cái khuôn nghiêng nhé, ở đây đang nói cái bộ ly và khuôn đó nó ko ăn nhập nhau và bị cập kênh gây cảm giác khó chịu, có mỗi b tự suy diễn rằng nó phải nghiêng chứ chẳng ai nghĩ thế đâu. Đừng cố cãi nữa nghe ngang phè phè.

This is also very sweet the egg mix is sweetened. Had 2-3 in a sitting everyday I was in Hanoi back in 2016. Then popped across the road to Cong Caphe for a coconut milk coffee, and yoghurt coffee with wild rice.
Depend on people favor. Some prefer sugar, some prefer considered milk, some prefer honey, some just egg(which is not a lot)

@@user-rt2bk9ii9x My family are from Poland, i "eat" kogel mogel many time, and full Polish family made it with "eggs, sugar and lemon juice", nothing else. There is no coffee. I say about Coffee because in this video we see the cooker add some coffee at the end, so its not like Polish Kogel mogel

More than likely the eggs are being undergoing a pasteurization process by placing in a hot bath at 57 degrees Celsius for a least 25 minutes.

Es muy bueno y muy fácil de hacer, se hace batiendo 2 yemas de huevo con azúcar, hay que batirlas hasta que queden en lo posible blancas o amarillentas tirando a blanca, si un quiere le echa esencia de vainilla y poco de leche ( hay gente que le pone leche condensada) y se le hecha café común, (café y agua o como le decimos en Colombia "tinto") y si uno quiere le espolvorea chocolate o cocoa
Será muy bueno o rico, pero qué hay con la salmonela.
Por favor también exijo una explicación.
