Wiremold I read some where about the grounding. Something about to be grounded properly because its on the outside of the wall you have to be sure that all the metal parts are touching. So if you had the raceway not connected to the outlet box it would not be properly grounded. I'm not sure about the GFCI you may have to leave it outside the box to work.

Maybe some electrical tap around recepticle
When I attach the ground the way you do it, my GFCI trips when I screw it into the box. It works fine if it hangs outside the box.

My package did not have a grounding screw included.
Mine also didn't have the grounding screw.
