Excellent, as always. Thanks for the video. For this particular case and many others when using trace bitmap, I think the split path option is perfect to isolate the dolphin because it saves quite a bit of time.

to cleanup the trace, you can group the path, break apart and pop out of the group only the dolphin, then you can delete the group
