There's no irritating reality TV dramatic music (a la Food Network) that drowns out the candid background chatter and noise, and it produces this effect that just takes me right into this kitchen with all these chefs. I love it. I am sad that I couldn't taste the pizza but the video was art enough to make up for it.

This show, as a whole, is one of the absolute best shows on the internet point blank period. These genius minds and their astounding talent all working together in one homogenous blob is so freaking cool. I literally cannot put my love and respect for these chefs and their talent, and the editing, and the whole general idea of this show, into words.
