Lmao!!!!
I am a Brad. It’s, both, a blessing and a curse.
Doesn't realize until he gets the test score back that he wasn't even in that class.
Yooo 😭
I like how Claire's plan to learn about pizza dough is to visit pizza shops and speak with their chefs and Brad and Andy's plan to learn about pizza sauce is to call shops up unannounced and ask them sketchy-sounding questions over the phone

That sounds about right. Yeah.
It was anonymous because they didn’t want them to lie about the ingredients bc they were speaking to food editors

Andy: Order, precision.

@@cstavro Exactly, that's exactly the way I cook, Brad has a more personal way of cooking, he trusts his judgements and doesn't need to mesure everything, he is more of an artist, when Andy is about reproducing stuff he was taught at home or at cooking school, he is more of a sholar. But both profiles actually often combine well together as they complete each other.

why is brad lowkey married to every single person in the test kitchen

I think because Brad has big dad energy. He's the dad to all the "mom" personalities. Hence a married couple vibe. I don't know, made sense to me.

Your post title says you want options, but you’ve shot down every option that has been suggested.
The way forward seems to be:
1. Get your daughter to a psych who is unconnected with the school.
2. Change schools.
If you don’t want to do either of these things, then nothing will change.

18:40
"Just let me be! You do you [unless you're doing something differently than I would, clearly], and I'll do me."
So, asking out of genuine curiosity, is this OCD, or is he just a control freak?
@@Annie-cs it genuinely made me feel sorry for Andy when he said that.
I have no doubt that his mother is/was equally controlling and neurotic, and growing up he, like all children, tried to emulate his parents. That's sad, and all of the responsibility was hers.
But as we grow we tend to develop self awareness, which is necessary for self improvement.
By laying all the blame for his *adult* behaviors at his mother's feet he implies that he does not (yet🤞) understand that he has the power to change his ways, even if his mom never changes hers.
Andy, if you read this, please know that you're not alone, and that with sufficient motivation, support, and time, you can (if you want) change your thoughts/feelings/actions to better reflect *YOU, Andy" without showing up as an emissary for your mother.

They definitely need their own show. Andy gets so frustrated and fussy, Brad is super laid-back but pokes at him like an older brother teasing a younger brother, it's hilarious. Molly's reaction was awesome too, "don't let him get in your head!" and Andy looks a little crestfallen. LOL!!

My favorite thing about this was seeing the other chefs in the test kitchen love Brad as much as we do and seeing Andy lose his mind over it
These two scream hella sibling energy. Brad is the older brother who is kind of goofy and oblivious, and Andy is the little brother who is picky and particular about order and cleanliness. I love this dynamic. Claire and Chris are the older ones who they always turn to for help.

That's not really Brad. You can't fool me, BA
He was just upset the garlic wasn't fermented first.
Didn't even mentioned allicin and two part epoxy.
What I love is how much everyone respects Chris's taste and also how much he considers the flavors & can articulate what he's tasting.
Very true, it's like he's always the one to please. His critiques are the best.
@@dremzki His critiques also have the most flamboyant body-postures.
He’s got a perfect palate!
@@mossattacks9191 is that related to perfect pitch in any way?
@@bencersparney3654 Somewhat. It means that he can taste more subtle differences in flavor and can grasp flavors better than most. So for instance, let's say you put a small amount of a certain spice or herb in a dish, it's only meant to give a subtle, hint of flavor, but I can't pinpoint what it is or if it's even in there. He could tell that it's there AND tell you what it is. I want to be a chef, but my pallete sucks (at least I think so).
18:20 is pure perfection, between Brad humming with not a care in the world, to him placing the tape messy, to Andy's panicked face while Brad debates which writing utensil to use, to a solid end of Andy's running off with Brad like "aNDY!!!".
