What they don't mention here is as a "sex offender" in jail the other inmates want to beat him, spit on him, take his food, don't want to talk to him or some of them really want to kill him. He is lucky that he is tall and heavy, he needs to lift waights. But as a "sex offender" the inmates don't allow him to use the gym of the jail, the inmates will kill him there by droppin dumbells on his head.
In jail no one can tell the other inmates that he is innocent. If he tries to tell them he is in for theft a guard will tell them that he is really in for rape. They hate rapists.
On the other hand a bankrobber or mafia member will get respect from the other inmates, even if he is skinny and weak.

if a man is falsely accused rape and then exonerated the women who falsely accused him is almost always left to go free with no punishment. Then the women realizes she can get away with it, so she uses her gender as weapon and falsely accuses more men. There are plenty of reasons why a women would falsely accuse someone of rape. A common scenario is where a women has consensual sex with a someone who is unpopular. The women is made fun of for it and out of embarrassment, changes her story to say she was raped and that she would never of had sex with unpopular person. Because of today's world, all someone has to do is say someone did something and everyone believes it without question. I'm not against women, I'm against false allegations.

You have to remember that *SOMETIMES* the police will classify something as a false accusation if a women changes her story and says she lied, even if she didn’t lie. Some women end up saying they didn’t get raped because handling all that police work was emotionally difficult and overwhelming, or they were threatened by the rapist. 95% of college rapes go unreported. I’m glad your against false allegations but I also hope you are against actual rapists who are never charged. I wish people wouldn’t JUST focus on false rape allegations when someone brings up rape. Sometimes people just want to belittle women and men for coming forth about rape. I hope you understand what I’m saying haha, stay safe :)

oh, she prob is living her dream life right now, after she was "raped" she prob would have gotten an easy scholarship and support from so many institutions, even if law enforcement came to her she would just get a slap on the wrist, you know why? Because society believes that every black boy is a rapist, this is why the jury system is not as good as the judge system. Also, in India even if you are proved by court to be innocent, no one will believe you. And if you are rich, they would just say "oh must be a rich guy, must have paid off the judge and girl." And you know how people sometimes doubt if a woman was raped, cause they have just expanded the definition so much so that rape can mean anything. One woman on a college campus accused a guy of rape just because he looked like the rapist who raped her 1000's of miles away, so basically that woman destroyed a guy's life, scholarship, any chance of work, friends, society just because the way he looked reminded her of a rapist that lived 1000's of miles away!!!! And then feminists say they are being oppressed. Btw this does not say i support rape. I am against rape, it is wrong! But these kind of cases just go ahead and disrespect actual victims, and then feminists say that they live in a rape culture where everyone is trying to oppress women. Me be like, are you crazy woman!

Why would the court system taking the word of an accuser like it's the truth?? No DNA evidence or anything. A person can lie to the court and have someone spend most of their life in prison simply because they said a person did something smh.. And the accuser spends no time in prison for ruining someone's life! This court system is beyond pathetic and a disgrace to the integrity of all human being wrongly convicted of crimes they didn't do. They BIG question is. How many people are in prison that are actually innocent

In addition to the woman who wrongly accused Greg, the parole board bears a lot of responsibility. This man was up for parole several times and all he had to do was apologize and they would have released him years ago but he refused to express regret for something that he had not done. After so many years, you would think that someone on the parole board would have said "something is wrong here, this man might be innocent".

This is why I used to be scared of the police for this exact reason. I know I will never do anything to break the law, but false accusations from someone can change your life. Sort of like when you go to school, and kids lie about you and start bullying you non stop.

Breaks my heart, I don’t care what race or gender you are, you should all be treated as equal and this just does it for me. Imagine your freedom being stripped away from you just like that.💔

A woman can consent to have sex and when she does not get what she wants she could easily call the police and said she was raped

@@maddesthatter8089 I think part of what gets people confused is how the left says something and then says it means one thing. Then the switch back to the meaning that everyone understands a word to mean without telling anyone.

That's just a special kind of wrong. To send someone to PRISON for something they DID NOT DO. Rape is nothing to lie about. And when you do lie about it, you make real victims look bad it makes their stories questionable. It's so sad and wrong.
