You Sir are spot on. A friend was accused. I had to do the leg work for him. He was a wreak. After two years it was over and he was cleared. He was looking at 40 years. These women need to be prosecuted. Final point is don't sit on your arse. Work with the attorney as a team.

I got my friend a lawyer from a prestigious law firm and I paid for it. Because I knew Anthony would never abuse a child. I paid all of his legal expenses including private investigators and medical doctors who were Pathologists to check his DNA against the alleged victim's claims. With the absence of DNA we petitioned the court for the victim to be examined by our doctors. No signs of penetration were found. It was that medical report that caused the victim to recant his story and expose the FEDS. Unfortunately the District Court judge sealed the records.
I have absolutely no faith in the American Criminal Justice System non whatsoever. It's another reason why I left the UNITED STATES. I really regret serving this country.

@@bohemoth1 I’m a criminal defense attorney. Your comments are understandable. I’ve been able to get better deals for my clients largely, I believe, because I’ve been able to build up a relationship with the prosecutor. They just don’t want to fight sometimes.
But the whole system stinks of “if you have the money, you get better justice.” It cheapens the word, frankly.
I’m consulting with people who have been accused. You can’t make the money you otherwise would giving full representation, but it’s a little easier to live as a human being.
This disease in the system is spreading all over the world. I’m taking to lawyers in India, Europe, Australia…woke-ism has taken over the narrative completely.

A long time ago, I was falsely accused by a crazy, vindictive chick in college! The campus cops called me in for an interview and I did the smart thing that this guy talks about - I kept my mouth shut and refused to answer any questions without an attorney present! It saved my rear-end. The cops didn't have any evidence against me other than her complaint and were forced to drop the issue. Never, ever talk to the police. They might not have a case against you but you can sure as hell give them one if you open your mouth and start talking.

Over the years I've learned that doesn't matter, if you're called down to the police, take a lawyer. The lawyer isn't an admission of guilt like it once was. You are protecting yourself from something you don't understand.

  • @bohemoth1
    @bohemoth1 3 роки тому +230

When it comes to being accused of a sexual offense, automatically in the eyes of law ENFORCEMENT officers and PROSECUTORS YOU ARE GUILTY. In most cases even the judge thinks that you are GUILTY. The law enforcement officers will go around your community and literally destroy your reputation with vague questions about you.
And the most horrible thing about it is that even when you are cleared of all charges and accusations, the shadow of guilt hangs over you in your community. Your reputation is tarnished forever. I know that personally because a friend of mine killed himself after he was found not guilty of being a pedophile. But during the trial the damage was done. It left lots of innuendos about him. He walked out of the courthouse and purchased two packs of BIC DISPOSABLE RAZORS. Then he went to a hotel. Now this was before cellphones were popular. I was in court with him and I knew he was really shaken by the charges which really was an extortion plot against him.
In the hotel room he disassembled all of the plastic from the razors. He wrote on a big sign board that he hung around his neck. """THANK YOU JURY, I AM NOT GUILTY. BUT IN THE EYES OF EVERYONE ELSE THEY HAVE CONVICTED ME."""
He tied the bedsheets to a sofa leg. He broke out the window. He wrapped the bedsheet around his neck. He stood on the ledge and swallowed the razor blades and then he jumped off the ledge from the 7th floor. His body was hanging out over the main entrance to the hotel.
The boy who accused him testified at the trial under aggressive cross examination by his lawyer that Police and the FEDS concocted the story and paid him to make the false accusations.
Come to find out that the feds had made a COMPLETELY FALSE DOSSIER ON HIM. It was in every law ENFORCEMENT database.
Later in my life I got my degree in FORENSIC LINGUISTICS and I then read a book written by David Balducci entitled THE WHOLE TRUTH. It was a FICTIONAL story that skirted reality. It exposed THE GRAND SCHEME OF PERCEPTION MANAGEMENT VIA THE MANIPULATION OF LANGUAGE AND IMAGERY, VIDEO SEQUENCING AND DATA ANALYSIS.
My friend's SUICIDE was the most DRAMATIC THING EVER SEEN.I got the call and rushed to the hotel his body was still hanging from the ledge.
The autopsy report was a nightmare to read.
In my personal opinion ANY person who falsely accuses a person of sexual assault or a sex related offense should be shot.

He had a friend who was a big time drug dealer. Even though he wasn't involved in drugs, the feds wanted him to get incriminating information about his friend. He refused to cooperate with the feds and the Police JOINT NARCOTICS TASKFORCE. So they threatened him for him to cooperate with the feds. He refused constantly. The Police caught this kid who was an arsonist. They told him that they would give him a break if he worked for them.
The way they did it was so convincing. But the defense attorneys destroyed the prosecutor's case.
My friend was held in jail without bail. They say that being a pedophile in jail is a death sentence. I really don't know what happened to him in jail. But when he was found not guilty. He looked at the prosecutor and gave them a very weird smile. I was on the Expressway when I got the call that he killed himself. I got to the scene before the medical Examiner so his body was still hanging out with hotel window. This all happened in the 1970s. To this day I still have the image of him hanging from the hotel window and reading the autopsy report. I pray for him and his soul because the religious beliefs of most people is that if a person commits suicide their soul goes directly to hell.
So he is proof that people cannot trust the Police and other law ENFORCEMENT agencies. I don't even trust a judge or prosecutor. Especially THE UNITED STATES ATTORNEYS. The most strangest thing about this is that the Assistant UNITED STATES ATTORNEY who framed my friend later on became a UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE!
So I ask you: In law enforcement and Criminal Justice System who can you really trust?

Hey you don't even know me to call me names.
My friend Anthony Paudau was falsely accused of molesting a child. He knew a THIRD MAJOR FACTOR in the drug trade. Even though he was not involved in the drug Trade his friend was involved and the FEDS wanted him to infiltrate his friend's organization which the feda called A CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE.
I'm still in contact with his family.
It has been and still is very traumatizing for me and his family. Even though it happened decades ago.
The fucking judge called him A CHICKEN HAWK! Back then I didn't know what a Chicken Hawk meant when applied to humans. The judge called him that during a hearing before the actual trial! When he was acquitted, he was completely destroyed.
You don't know how bad the impact of being falsely accused of a sexual crime has on an innocent person.
So please stop being a keyboard asshole and a TROLL.
Our government is really screwed up. I know personally because I am a BLACK retired Navy combat veteran who served in Vietnam all the way to the Persian Gulf War. Unfortunately for you in a few years you, and others WILL EXPERIENCE EXACTLY HOW CORRUPT OUR GOVERNMENT AND WESTERN COUNTRIES ARE. Especially if you were vaccinated. And if you are a devoutly religious person, you will be very disappointed that the alleged doctrine of salvation is an INSTRUMENT of oppression and suppression. You need to travel the world and experience other countries. Because what the media is feeding you is an illusion.
To understand what I am telling you. You should read the book entitled THE WHOLE TRUTH written by David Balducci. Though it is FICTIONAL it skirts the realm of reality. You will discover how the government, media and powerful people work together to destroy the common person. Because they are all about CONTROL.
So read that book. Because you are living a lie. You don't want to believe what other people tell you.
In AMERICA you are GUILTY until you use all of your resources and money to prove yourself innocent. In the meantime you will loose lots of so called friends. Some of your own family members will abandoned you if you are falsely accused of being a sexual offender which labels you as a PERVERT.
Yes your family and friends will call you a PERVERT before you are acquitted. Their doubts about you will eat your soul. Get out of the basement and see the world!
      Ps
I don't even have a television. Got rid of it years ago. So DON'T TOUCH YOUR TELEVISION. THEY CONTROL THE TRANSMISSION. THEY CONTROL THE VERTICAL...now for the next hour sit QUIETLY as they CONTROL everything you see and hear from the MINDS INNER SANCTUM to the OUTER LIMITS. Those lines and the audio ASSOCIATED with the opening NARRATIVE was very hypnotic back in 1963. Now with DIGITAL SIGNALS they are very controlling. Welcome into the realm of BIG BROTHER.

I had the bad habit of complimenting women's physical appearance in an effort to be nice, but it backfired on me. Plus I thought that I had become friends with the American teacher in my second school internship. The other thing is that my university chose me to give the FCE exam , so I needed to practice my English as much as possible. The other thing that happened is that my mom, told me to bring the American teacher of English over to our house, because my mom had also lived in a foreign country (Greece) for 25 years! So, my mom was gonna treat her good, because of that! And I also asked the American teacher out, not a date, but as friends, because I wanted to practice my English no1 because I love the English language and no 2 because I wanted to practice for the FCE exam! Additionally, I was totally stupid, because I made a comment about liking blondes and the American teacher happened to be blonde! But I didn't like sexually, nor romantically anyone from that school! I remember that they would smile at me, and nobody told me that they had a problem with me! If they had told me, believe me, I woulda changed my attitude right there on the spot! Because a couple of my female friends had asked me to quit complimenting them! And I didn't like them either, sexually, nor romantically, I was just trying to be a gentleman, but since they asked me to stop complimenting them, I did exactly that! The people from the school went behind my back, and they metood me big-time! Everything was a lie, because that was not my intention! I'm not a sexual predator or anythying like that! But, I still passed that course and finished college! But I quit trusting women that I don't know! I see them as potential enemies! For example, at checkout lines, in supermarkets, I prefer to be served by male cashiers! I was accused of something that I didn't do but it backfired on them because I still passed the course and finished college with excellent grades! And I learned my lesson the hard way! Don't compliment women, especially in professional settings! Not every woman is a snake in the grass but you never know!

I'm here because my brother-in-law who coaches and teaches at a high school was accused of sexual harassment by a student who wasn't even 1 of his students or team member . She just randomly showed up in his classroom after everybody in his class left . I don't want to go into too many details, but he and my sister ( his wife), kept putting off getting a lawyer because of how expensive lawyer's fees can be and because they thought it would blow over, since it looked like the principal who filed the allegations against my brother-in-law, ( notice how I said it was the principal, not the student or her family?), was just grasping at straws, trying to find something concrete to hold against him . They were so confident they would win the case, since he was innocent, but they were wrong . The went for the hearing yesterday and the principal had his lawyer there and my brother-in-law lost . It's tearing us up, because he had just 1 more month to go before he would get his official teaching liscense, but now not only did he lose the liscense, he lost his team he was coaching, he has this scandal on his record and his son who goes to that school and was on the team he was coaching is now going to face even more ridicule because of the case against his father . There were several things you mentioned in this clip that I wish my sister had known sooner . The first mistake they made was talking about it to their friends . The second was in not striking the iron while it was hot, by hiring a lawyer . They talked about the case to so many people they knew and they were so confident that he would be found innocent because he did nothing wrong that they weren't cautious enough . But the principal did some things too that were wrong . Even before he filed a case against my brother-in-law, he was airing out my brother-in-law's business at the baseball game to total strangers who had nothing to do with the case . I hate their going through this, and I've been having this sickening feeling ever since my sister told us about what they're going through and it just won't go away . I wish there was something they could do to overturn this case and restore my brother-in-law's credibility and integrity, but even if it were, the fact he was accused would still hang over his head . What do you do AFTER you've been accused of something like this ? How do you bounce back ? How are you supposed to act around other students, now that you're back in your teaching or coaching position ? It's a shame that someone could completely destroy your good name, your entire livelihood with just 1 false accusation . But, I guess if it could happen to someone as wholesome as my brother-in-law, it could happen to anybody .

He called me and I told him the only thing he should say was his name and a request for an attorney nothing else. I knew him I knew he wouldn’t do this. Two years later after forensic examination of every device he ever owned and six months in jail they finally dismissed the charges. His life was ruined regardless. The disk had never been in his computer or any device he owned. His fingerprints were not on it. The only person who they could ever prove had the disk was his wife who was in the process of filing divorce. She got the kids, house ect. The detective in the case actually accused me of wrongdoing after pulling phone records and knowing he called me. I td him all I ever said was not to talk without an attorney, you either have a case or you don’t.

Why aren't things like this.... how to respond to any type of police encounters... taught in high school? I recall members from the local police department visiting our high school civics class and telling the students that the right thing to do is to always just cooperate and tell everything. They even said the police "are your best friends during any investigations.... who you can always trust telling the truth to... and only want to help you." I recall the officer who visited our classroom also said "if you meet the police halfway... then we will meet you halfway." This was another way of telling the students to just cooperate with the police during any type of investigation and everything will be "fine".
As we all know now from watching these videos... that is 100% not true. The police should not be going out there to mislead the public.

Know that her allegations were false, I thought it was kinder of me to let it go instead of aggressively confronting her and maybe causing her to have a nervous breakdown. And hoping for a reconciliation at a later time.
Now that she is has passed, I am not allowed to attend her funeral and pay my respects .Her husband believed her lies and has banned me from attending. Other members of the family are attending and this has hurt me greatly.
Which make me feel like they are disloyal to me and will not stand up for me. My wife doesn't want any of these siblings to ever come to our home again. Now this has caused a division in the family, and I am stuck as to what to do.

I cannot understate how psychologically damaging this situation is for me. She told me all the classical lies "i will always love you"... "i have dreams of you being the father of my children" then she went and told lies to the police. I am in the process of loosing my job. Everyone has been looking at me diffrently. im not sure if anyone is gonna be in this comment section who might be able to help but im in a situation where a girl and me hooked up at a college party and she was originally there with another guy, we started texting behind his back and ended up together at the end of the night, turns out she was not my type and the way she acted while we were together really made me uncomfortable. on top of this she was very sure of herself and kept claiming she was hot. after we finished i suppose i rejected her in a sense by being put off by her personality and i went up to sleep in my own bed, the next morning i walk to work and my friends start texting me asking what i did? i thought they were just mad i got together with the girl another guy brought but, the girl was actually claiming that it was unconsensual. that night im brought to the station by a detective and a cop, i just tell them the whole truth and they are waiting to get ahold of our text conversation (i regretfully blocked her after we hooked up because of how uncomfortable she made me) and i am waiting on a polygram that i am eager to take. im just a college kid who doesn't do anything, doesn't go out, looks forward to bowling night every week, and has very few friends. i am also just about to graduate and have a very good job lined up after school. i've had to tell my mother what happened and soon i'll have to tell my father and everything is just not going well right now. after i was accused ive slept maybe 3-4 hours a night and eat once a day because i forced myself to. Really all i can do atm is wait until the detectives make a decision about whos telling the truth and then it'll go from there, my name will be in the paper and i might lose my job opportunity and i don't know what to do. i'm telling the truth to the detectives and cops but anything could happen and i just can't live the rest of my life not being able to get a decent job and being made fun of for something not only did i not do, but something i could never do. i don't even kill flies if i see them i couldn't do anything like this to another human being. i don't have anyone to talk to and now my mom soon to be my dad will also be worrying for the next couple months when everything pans out. thank you if you've read this and pls if you have any tips i'd love some help right now

What if you dont have money for a lawyer because the family accusing you already took thousands in the form of rent payments, free wedding gifts, (I roomed with her and her bigger husband) stolen car with a forged signature of you, etc? These past two years were a nightmare for me. The allegations were for stalking and fearing for her life, not rape, but still... I lost 50 lbs from the stress and was confined to a wheelchair til I gained my strength back.
In my case, she stepped down when I mailed their own words to them exposing how careless their conspiracy attempt was, but if she hadn't, I would have lost by default. It was 5 vs 1, and I blocked her, not the other way as they claimed. The court didnt even serve me properly, yet expected me to travel 1600 miles cross country and appear in person. That wasnt possible.
I changed my name, address, phone number, and deleted my social media, but I got "voluntarily involuntarily" committed looking for an attorney because I was seen as delusional, and no one would even LET me show them my tangible evidence and surveillence of her ARMY dad knocking at my door with guns and 2 witnesses present, 3 days after leaving a death threat on my newly changed recorded number (how did he get it?) The doctors tried to lie to keep me more than 2 weeks, but I gathered 3 witnesses and my surveillance (contradicting the police's petition) and they decided to discharge me.
I was broke, bullied by the people who were supposed to help, withheld from my jobs, withheld from rent payments, and assumed by everyone to be guilty even though I'm a voluntary celibate virgin.
It's all over now, as she chose not to attend her own case after she saw the evidence, but... what if it happens again?
I... dont want to even talk to anyone new anymore, male or female. I'm scared to even post things online.
I... hate the concept of sex. For my own safety, I dont even want to admit female anatomy is real because... well, I've never seen an undressed woman in person. How do I know they arent just special effects like in the movies?
See, I know that sounds nuts... but what it someone going to do to prove me wrong? Strip in front of me? Nobody's that desperate, and I dont know any better otherwise. I refuse to want to know.
Life experience has taught me that sex is 100% bad, and even things that sound good, backfire later with a guaranteed success rate. Its safer to just avoid it.
To the people who ask why I didnt sue anyway... even if I had the money, my brain was too exhausted from this drama to even want to bother. It wasnt worth it. I was burnt out.

I played a pre-recorded video of myself outlining the whole scenario with evidence overlayed proving at least 8 of her claims to be lies, as well as showing a screenshot of her chat history admitting to forgery, and the judge smiled from ear to ear the entire time. Especially when she claimed she had an active Restraining Order against me already, disproven by the paper I'd provided the judge stating the "case was dismissed without prejudice."
I won't know the judge's verdict until it's mailed to me, but I have a good feeling about it.

If either can't.. That person should be then held accountable off record and away from the authorities. Who wouldn't want that? If you were the woman and it really happened, wouldn't you wan the guy t get what is coming to him? If you were the guy wouldn't you wan to be vindicated and have the gal deal with her punishment as well? Yep, it it the honest thing to do. 95 percent of the time they believe the woman over the man in and out of court. Which makes it extremely difficult for the man to defend himself when he’s innocent. what’s even worse is now we’re adopting this ideology of believing all women even when there Anonymous accusations with no substantial evidence.
So sexism exists on your side as well assuming your a woman.
Another thing is there’s hardly any backlash when the woman is found lying. In the meantime an innocent man does time and is most likely assaulted both sexually, verbally and with blades.
And when they are found innocent no one rides for them when like they do for women. They fake care and comment it’s wrong but there’s hardly an action or solidarity after that.
We need to bring back due process, get rid of these shitty ideology’s and keep everyone accountable until enough evidence tips the scales

1st thing you should do is gather evidence after you get released from jail for your trial. When it comes and you are found not guilty then the next step is to file a civil lawsuit for slander/defamation. You should sue her for everything she's got and call for criminal charges on her for filing a false report (there should even be made a law that makes it illegal to falsely report a sexual crime and it should be a felony that results in several years in prison). This is the only way to be made whole and if anyone else spreads that lie sue them as well. Men need to start standing up to women and hold them accountable by any means necessary.

I appreciate your advice on going to a lawyer early, but what should I do if no lawyer wants to talk to me? I was accused by an ex-girlfriend of sexual assault because I did not want to get back into an abusive relationship with her after she broke up with me. So what she did was she called the police, filed a sexual assault complaint against me, and told the police to start investigating, but she does not want to take any legal actions for now.
She then contacted me and used this as a way to blackmail me for the next 2 years. During the early days, she would tell me to get back into a relationship with her and that if I get back into a relationship with her, she will not take any more actions. After refusing her every time she made those requests, she then switched to asking me for monetary compensation because I have "hurt her feelings".
I tried to contact a lawyer ASAP to protect myself, but all the criminal defense lawyers I've talked to have told me 'There's nothing we can do for now since you have not been charged or contacted by the police yet. We need you to get charged and see the paperwork from the police first, at this stage we don't even know if you are going to get charged or not.'
She finally told the police to press the charges 2 years later because she saw no hope of getting back into a relationship with me, and all of her later relationships were short-lived failures. I was only able to get a lawyer to talk to me when the police finally told me I am under arrest. I am now stuck with pending sexual assault charges and quoted over $100k in legal fees. I feel like some of this damage could have been avoided if a lawyer had talked to me earlier and advised me on how to prepare for the incoming charges, so I could collect the type of evidence needed to convince the police to drop the charges before the court hearings. The 100k legal fee, the long wait for the court process, the nightmare that I could get convicted, and the damage to my job and reputation really hurts.

Can the accuser who makes the false accusation be successfully sued for defamation?

Sounds really expensive. What if all you can get is a public defender? Do they have investigators? And doesn't the prosecution have to reveal if the story doesn't check out with other witnesses?

It is very odd that there is no consequences for women who lie. If it is a flagrant lie - the man can prove he was somewhere else for example, clearly this lie is an assault and the woman will be charged with assault. There SHOULD be equality in CONSEQUENCES. You want to be equal? It’s your turn to go to jail. The present system encourages lying.

No, he is telling you to remain silent to protect you. If you are ever falsely accused, you must not speak to the police. Everything you say will be butchered, warped, and used against you. They might not have a case against you but you can sure as hell give them one if you open your mouth and start talking,. Don't ever give them ammo to use against you.

What if after 22 months in jail your lawyer has never filed a single motion? What if after 22 months your lawyer has never had a conversation with you. What if you have never been given a single offer or ever seen a court room in 22 months? What if no one, not even a family member has helped or came to visit in 22 months? And what if your lawyer goes to work for CPS after your case is plea bargained and you are now a sex offender? 24 months I signed for some 24 years ago and I am still paying for it every day. Like he said "keep your mouth shut" and maybe, just maybe, your family will be there for you. Mine still isn't because of the way people are. Every DAY!!!

This is for the innocent only but can you force an exam on the plaintiff? Imagine being accused of statutory rape by someone who is fully intact.

This stuff it's scary, I wish I could carry a hidden device video taping and recording 24-7. So that when miss liar gives a exact date and account of events, you produce the evidence. But I know it's impossible, that's why I said I wish I could. But it could be a good Idea not just for sexual allegations but others accusations as well.
