    You have sparked my workout from home during the lockdown 4 years ago, since then I have made myself a home gym and holding accountable to my daily fitness goals. I can't thank you enough Joe!     Great workout, switched out the plank and push ups for cardio moves and used x2 dumbbells for extra weight. Could you do another 20 min like this with more intense intervals between weighted exercises? But brilliant nonetheless! Thank you so much for this content xx

    UA-cam have deleted this clip presumably to protect Joe but it can be viewed on daily motion the whole episode which is part of series 10 episode 3 I believe.
    It’s terrifying I mean children probably watch this channel.
    We see what Joe really thinks of people who aren’t slim or attractive as he sees it.
    Terrifying and deeply disturbing.
