    That was intense. One of the most difficult workouts I've done in a long time. Thank you! I burned 136 calories.

    For a hardcore workout, I find 35/25 is an achievable goal. When the exercises are tough coupled with a 45/15 split it becomes pretty much impossible.
    Thx for this one Joe. This is going to be in the locker for a while!
