I really like how they change the characters and the hardest part seems like Yuna having stats in the single digits. I don't mind the character model changes that much, reminds me of the preview dev stuff.
i feel like yuna being at 1 for everything, is just to enable you to actually 'grow' the aeons as individual characters, essentially.
couldn't put them on the grid, but disabling yuna's grid and unlocking the whole upgrade system for aeons ASAP kinda does the trick already.
her grid, and starting level, is mostly just so aeons can get luck sort of here and there, without needing to spend fortune spheres on aeons individually, essentially.
I love seeing how the mods let people replay the game (which is already amazing and fun) with extra challenges and ways to play. Great run through!

When they do a sphere grid mod
That makes an grid for each char with different abilities and somewhat for each character that would be interesting for me
completely removing and making special unique individual grids is ALOT of work and might not even be possible due to all the systems its tied into, where as locking routes and changing the nodes in said routes is MUCH easier (still takes forever though as you have to change every individual node 1 by 1) and for sorta the same effect i personally dont mind this way

@@alexandrejesus8709 ysah. One option could be to make the lvl 4 locks and make getting the spheres impossible, thsn use levek 3 locks for "sub classes" to deliver that fantasy. So you could, for example, have a monk class with a sub class route to have healing/support, do elemental damage, or focus on afflicting debuffs. I like the idea too, and i think locking the grid is the best wayt i deliver it.
If you don't mind me asking Primal, I think i missed your statement on this, but were you able to finish Pbird mod?
its dropped, ive gave reasons in previous videos but im gonna make an actual dedicated video for it tomorrow i think to properly explain all the reasons and why i decided to give up

Just out of curiosity, mate. Did you have to do the 4gb VRAM fix, or did your FFX just work with no fuss?
Does SOS Overdrive stack with itself? Cuz if not why does Auron have two of them?
Is there a monster/move/item editor for FFX? I don't mean a save editor, I mean a tool that edits the attributes of monsters, moves and items throughout the game, like there are for earlier FF games.

Is it possible to get the character models without having the actual game change? I have some texture mods I like but I haven’t found anything to re skin characters and I really like the Tidus model here!

Awesome! I already have project X and I found the mod so I’m gonna get on that! This is a neat idea for a mod it’s refreshing to see the game re done and play differently. It’s so nice to see a lot of people still enjoying this as possibly one of the best FF installments to date. On one hand I’m sad to see the turn based style I knew and loved growing up being viewed as “Out dated” but FF 15 was fun to play and I’m looking forward to seeing what 16 will bring to the table. This series will always have a place in my heart as one of the best!
@@Primalliquid92 i wished it'd work for me. Even following every Project X tutorial, the textures just won't work for me, ive tried to start as admin, I've tried to do it with steam closed. The injecting just doesn't want to work for me. I can dump the textures just fine, but injecting just doesn't want to work.

I've no ideas how to install this with the skins and all i just gave up and no one made guide for the install needed to install all sort of side programs could you made installation video so i could play this aswell please :)?

asking here because I can't get help anywhere else: anyone know how to open FFXED once you download it? You would need the java runtime environment but when you right click 'open with' how do i find the java runtime environment? I've somehow made my computer permanently think of FFXED as an installer for the Java Runtime Environment. Re-downloading it will always cause it to just try to install Java and then get an error
you need to install Java on your PC and then FFXED will just open like a normal program

I made it to Lulu is a Tamer and gave up in the video not because of the video but the subject is pointless which isn't the channels fault.
I’m just letting you know since so many get this wrong. But the pronunciation of Tidus’ name is ‘Tee-dus’ it’s Okinawian for sun, if I recall correctly. I get the confusion, what with all the water references throughout the game involving him. But really, Wakka is the only one with a name meaning water.
Tee-Dus is NOT the correct way, its "Tii-Da" for the actual way, Source - Japanese devs who made the name and they get to decide not the voice actor
‘ The English voice actor for Selphie got away with pronouncing it "TIE-dus" in one scene in the "Kingdom Hearts" series. However, Square Enix representatives and supporting materials all reference Tidus with the official pronunciation "TEE-dus" - or at least, they try to. Some suspect that Square is set on this pronunciation because of Tidus' Japanese name, which sounds like "TEI-da," and the company might want to keep the names as consistent as possible.’
This right hear says ‘sound like’ not that it’s actually pronounced that way.

Why is Yuna on 1/1 HP and MP??
probably because of aeon stats being balanced around yuna's so by lowering yuna, the aeons are low and you cant just cheese the early game
@@Primalliquid92 but that means Yuna will be unplayable.. one hit from any enemy will kill her and she can't use any spells or summons with 1MP...

There was a very brief time in development when Tidus had black hair...so I'm guessing the modder took that idea and ran with it further.
Is this mod even actually good? First impressions of it doesn't seem great. It's definitely different, and if that's all you want then this probably is a great mod for you.
