It would probably $2-3 million here in Phoenix because of the lot size. Downtown Fairhope is beautiful. I remember looking at houses in the eastern shore when I was a kid. Ultimately, we ended up in West Mobile. If I were to move back, Baldwin county would definitely be on my list.

Moved down from Montgomery a couple of months ago and bought a house near this neighborhood. Making the lovely/frustrating drive across the bay to work everyday but love the Eastern Shore. I would love to hear your thoughts on what Mobile needs to do to be able to take the next steps to evolve into the city it absolutely has the potential to be.
I think the crime rate needs to come down a bit, but more than that, it's the perception of a high crime rate by many that I believe keeps the city held back.
