This was a nice workout for me for today since I wasn't feeling my strongest! I usually avoid workouts that say beginner in the title (since Im not a beginner), but this wasn't too easy that I'd feel bored!! I really love your kettlebell workouts!!💯🌝💕
Thank you for these workouts... I'm looking forward to starting them! I do have a question, however. I am overweight & have arthritis in both knees; I'm not able to get on the floor to do the planks. Is there a modified exercise i could do to replace that move? Also, could the glute bridges & pullovers be done on my bed? Thank you 😊
Hey Kelly, well done! Absolutely, you can do them on a stable surface that works for you. You can also do a plank up against a table, feet on the floor and hands on the table or on the bed. Depending on how low the table/bed are this could work. Have a play around with it, remember to keep your body in a straight line, squeezing the glutes and tensing your stomach muscles xx let me know how you go xxx
Greetings from Poland! Love all your kettlebell workouts! Been doing a mix for about 3 weeks now. I'm looking to reduce belly fat but so far my behind is growing (this is positive side effect :)) but nothing else has changed. Should I do cardio or HITT too? Been working out with kettles only. Would appreciate any suggestions.
Well done! Im glad your enjoying the workouts lovely ☺️ 40-50 mins of kettlebells 4 days a week is awesome! You can absolutely add on an extra bit of cardio to some of your workouts. I would look at your daily step count and seeing if you are moving around enough in the day. Going for a walk at the end of your day will help. Diet plays an important role, making sure you have a healthy balanced diet and drinking enough water too. You could add in extra cardio if you want too, start off small and adding more if you start to plateau ☺️ You could also increase the intensity of your current workouts, increase the duration of the workout. Changes take months/years to happen, consistently and patience lovely ☺️
Thank you so much I am on a professionally prepared diet and drink 3 litres of water. Also do on average 10000 steps a day. Just wanted to know if weights workout is enough as I don't like cardio 😁😁
Sounds like a great routine, as long as your giving your legs a break to recover and heal between workouts. (I’m assuming your cardio is a lot of legs) ❤️
