Amazing Will! I'm very happy you've had such a powerful experience. Thank you for sharing! If you know anyone else who might enjoy the practice, pass it on to them as well 🙏🏼💕
Thank you so much, that was the first time that I really feel my kundalini energy, it raised up to my pelvis and stopped there. It was so electric and intense. Thank you for waking people up and bringing light to the world. In love dima Did I understand that right that this was my actual kundalini energy awakening? Because I did kundalini yoga often in the Past but this time it was just a whole different feeling. And also for ur understanding how good your videos are: i was going to a kundalini yoga class and was there only with older women ( I am 22 ) and there I never felt something like out of your videos, your aura, voice is just perfect for teaching people kundalini yoga. One of my wishes for my life is to see you in real life to do kundalini yoga with you Your my teacher ❤️
Hey Danjuan, thank you so much for your kind words 🥰 I feel bad that I am only seeing your comment now. It's a great honor to be able to share these teachings with you and know that you are resonating with them. As for your question about Kundalini energy rising. It's difficult to know for sure if it was Kundalini or just a massive amount of Prana that you felt. Honestly the feeling, in the beginning, can be very similar. Regardless, the definition is not so important. Keep up the practice, keep focusing on this energy and see what starts to change inside of you. When you notice that you are seeing the world in a different way than before, that is a sign that Kundalini has risen and your state of consciousness has expanded.
I am starting to see little synchronicities in this life. Small things like being the 555 like to this video. Happy to being here. Don't mind me. I'm applauding myself because I know what I woke up from and into. So grateful to be here in this life and in this body.
This was a very powerful kundalini class! By the end of the class while I was meditating to send energy to my crown chakra I saw a beautiful purple light at my crown while my eyes were closed it was very satisfying! I've been doing kundalini yoga for about 4 years now and this was the first time I could see the colors of my chakras so vividly! Thank you for sharing this powerful practice with us. Sat nam
You describe such a beautiful experience! I'm so happy for you to have created this vison for yourself through the class. Thank you for sharing 🙏💞 Sat nam
Excellent. After working with you in this video I felt confident, more aware of the bigger picture vs. minute details, and less critical. I am beyond impressed. This state-of-mind is exactly what I strive to be 24/7 and it came with ease after this session. You're a great leader.
OM namo gurudev namo! such a powerful sentence and sat naam it is also gives me much energy while chanting those sentences by forwarding our eyes to the forehead
I’m kind of new to kundalini, out of shape but enjoying the beginners video for the last 2 months but wanted to challenge myself. I used to be a 4 hour gym rat and hypothyroidism put pounds and fatigue over 6 years and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to do this but I did. And this THIS isn’t like the other channel I was using. It felt like a glow of light infiltrated my crown at the end. I don’t know if that’s normal, but it felt amazing as my whole body does and I’m so proud I pushed through because I will get back to that 107 lb gym rat. So is this like a daily routine or do I need to switch videos up? I’m euphoric ❤ You just got a new subscriber 😊 If you can read these comments can you convince my retired NPC bodybuilder and personal trainer of 25 years in Orange County husband this IS a workout. He gets upset I don’t want to do the gym thing.
Hello thebreeze, I'm really glad to hear how much you have enjoyed to do this practice with me. Thank you for sharing your experience 🙏😊 This can be a daily practice, but just like in your gym days, I would recommend you have a bit of variety, especially in the beginning, to develop more aspects of the practice before committing to one set. I would say to you and your husband that this is not a workout like what you get when you do to the gym. It's not weight training that is going to build bigger muscles and it's not necessarily cardio that's going to increase your V02max. In my opinion it is so much more than that. Not only do we condition the heart lungs and muscle, but we work with the nervous system, the flexibility of the body and the mind, we increase the metabolism, (if you wear a heart rate monitor it won't look like you should be losing as much weight as you do), we also develop concentration, awareness, improved memory and appreciation or life, and work with more subtle aspects of the being like the "prana" (the life vital force), the emotional body, the intuition, etc. I also used to be a "gym rat", and that still comes through in a bit of my teachings, when for example I do a HIIT Kundalini class 😅 I love the gym, I love the pump and the challenge. But after many years of experimenting, I have chosen Yoga as my primary practice because I find it so much more complete. And whereas the gym gave me much more of a testosterone boost, confidence, competitiveness, etc., it didn't necessarily bring me to a peaceful state of inner happiness like Yoga has. There is no right or wrong path! Everyone has their own practice that they will resonate with. And if this is yours right now, go for it. You don't need to convince anyone. Just do it and let the results speak for you 😉
I am moved beyond words, Andrew. Please let me express my deep, sincere gratitude to you for sharing this profoundly powerful, moving practice. Namaste.
Thank you for your inspiring, invigorating, highly informative and uplifting & grounding classes! Woohoo! I`ve been so enjoying practicing with you! Namaste!
That was such a beautiful practice, it was love and peace. It was my favorite ❤ Omgosh I reread I felt a tingling in my foot too I was going to google!! lol

thank you very much for this video, It got me into an amazing state of mind, i could even feel the energy in the chakras, like some magnetic and heat emanation from inside my body. it was fantastic. thansk again!!
Powerful Session. Thank you for beautifully guiding through it. The throat chakra was strong for me and allowed an enrgetic purging and powerful emotional release. So much needed this. Yay!
Very powerful and beautifully presented. Definitely a pace and a voice I can work with - An inspiring practice - I'm discovering your videos one by one! Namaste indeed.
This video is excellent, challenging and effective. The production quality is great, the setting beautiful and your voice is clear and honest. Hawai’i?
Namaste and thank you. This time the class was resulting very challenging to me at the beginning. Then by doing the heart chakra exercise, I was crying and I was still crying when we turned over to the throat chakra. Don´t worry I am fine, released. I felt the energy moving in a circle from the back to the front of my body and at the same time like the energy was spreading out through the top of my head. I feel balanced now ❤️. I am very fascinated about the effects of the Kunderlini exercises. 🙏 Thank you so much.
Wow so beautiful! I am always very happy when I hear that students are crying... maybe I'm a bit sadistic? 😅 But it's such a beautiful sign of release. I'm glad you've had such an experience. Keep letting go. Just keep letting go. It's incredible to see how much movement can come when we just allow our experiences 💕
Thank you Bruja! I'm very happy that you enjoyed 💖 At the moment we are in Canada, just about to start moving again and probably make our way South soon ;)
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed. Regarding any of the higher Chakras, especially beyond Ajna, the level of consciousness attained here is so refined that it is impossible to communicate with words or through any other medium-such as UA-cam, etc. If you really want to explore into this realm I definitely recommend finding a competent teacher to guide you and from whom you can receive transmissions. I wish you much grace in your endeavours. Keep up the high aspiration 🙏💖
@@RefeelYoga thank u... For replying, I will definitely search such a master.... I'm practicing agna & sahasrar meditation now... As they are very easy to begin with....
Thank you Alex! I'm very glad you enjoyed 💖 I would be happy to schedule some private classes with you. Write me an e-mail and we can set up a meeting. refeel1on1@gmail.com
I need kundalini Yoga for opening chakra, shining aura with sequence (step by step), Please I need help I APPRECIATE FOR THISH BREATH Teqneque.. With my love ❤
Namaste :) I loved that session! The transition into meditation, after the last exercise, was so smooth. I was wondering, if you could do this session more than once per day, or if this would be too much. Any advice?
Namaste. I'm glad you enjoyed and found meditation very comfortable after this class! Certainly you could do this class more than once per day. However as it is an intense practice it should be built up. Get comfortable and familiar with it as regular a daily practice before making it a twice a day practice.
There's three books that I always recommend when asked this question. The first is for learning about Kundalini and the Chakras, called "Kundalini Tantra". The second is for expanding your understanding of the Chakras, called "Practical Yoga Psychology". And the third is not really about Yoga, in the traditional sense, but has been an invaluable tool for me on my journey to learn how to work with emotions. It's called "Letting Go" Here are some links to these three books: Kundalini Tantra: amzn.to/3b87awi Practical Yoga Psychology: amzn.to/3baa1ot Letting Go: amzn.to/3hJ7hAP Full disclosure: These are affiliate links, meaning that by making a purchase using these links you will also be supporting me and Clelia in our journey ;) And one last great book, that I just recently read; if you want to go further into Yogic and Tantric philosophy is: Shakti Rising: amzn.to/3lwAOjO
I thoughth of one more book that really inspired me early on my practice. A commentary on the Yoga Sutras, basically the bible of Yoga: The Heart of Yoga: amzn.to/3lGLXi2
Hey! Thank you so much I loved this. Do you think you could elaborate just a little on how exactly you're supposed to hold your neck muscles in that exercise?? I'm not sure I'm doing it correctly. Thanks again! xoxo
Hello Torri, thank you so much! I'm happy you are enjoying the practice :) I am assuming you are referring to Ujjayi Pranayama, when we do the practice for Vishuddha Chakra? To do this we just make a slight contraction at the back of the throat (the epiglottis muscle), which makes the breath audible. It's similar to the action we do when we want to make a sighing sound. If it is made slightly stronger this will produce a soft humming in the throat. Clelia has a video where she goes into great detail about Ujjayi Prannayama if you want to learn more: ua-cam.com/video/lsGhKnR8Muk/v-deo.html
Couldn't stop laughing 😆😂 and smiling ☺️ after 2 min. shaking for that long was very powerful I liked it 👍 my left knee wasn't too happy with bending for that long. But it was very inspiring and the rest of my body and minde feels good - thank you 🙏♥️
Thank you. First thing to understand is that all of your Chakras are always 'open'. If not you would not be alive. However they can have more or less energy and be more or less active. How you can tell if a Chakra is active depends on your level of awareness. Each Chakra can be active across each of the 5 bodies; so physical sensations, energetic activity, release of emotions or different thoughts, an altered way of perceiving the world or receiving information and changes in your patterns and habbits, are all different manifestations dependant on which Chakra is active or being purified. I go into this a little bit in my video "Kundalini Fusion". I recommend you to check it out! And maybe you have just inspired me to release a video where I talk about these qualities of the Chakras 😉🙏🏼
Love this sequence!!! I've been incorporating this (among other Refeel videos) in my daily practice for a while now. One question - during the heart opening segment there used to be a song that played. It's been removed but I was wondering if you could pass on the song title and artist?
Hey Robert, thank you so much! I'm so glad that you are enjoying this practice, and many of our other classes 🙏💞 Unfortunately I cannot help you find the song that used to play in this class. For one, I don't actually remember which song it was. And also, I have collection of music for stimulating the Chakras that I received from one of my teachers, but all of the tracks have been renamed "Chakra - 01", etc. So for me it was called Anahata 03.mp3 or something like that. Sorry I cannot help you more than that.
Sir can you plz tell me the techniques to wake kundalini shakti.I have found many videos in your channel and now i am comfuse which to choose. Can you plz tell me the techniques that will wake my kundalini shakti so that i can do it regularly
If you really want the specific technique, you will not find it publicly here on the channel. You need to do my course, Master Kriya. There I will teach you the techniques you are look for. bit.ly/2Zah5Qd
Hello friend, and welcome to Refeel Yoga :) This specific practice is very strong. So I would not recommend a beginner to start with this practice. Great videos for beginners are "Hatha Yoga: Increase Mobility, Flexibility and Circulation" ua-cam.com/video/sAoeAPRW9sU/v-deo.html "Spinal Series for a Healthy Nervous System" ua-cam.com/video/TbOAGvRyMQw/v-deo.html "Kundalini Yoga: Complete Spinal Series" ua-cam.com/video/VUOMNmkzXSw/v-deo.html "Pranayama: Enhance Your Breathing Practice" ua-cam.com/video/ufg5KuU_1bA/v-deo.html or any of the videos from Clelia's Chakra Yoga series ua-cam.com/play/PL9x6oNwZBfuxhglw2UwPXHKoeuTnrnlis.html All of these classes give different examples of Yogic practices. Try them out and see which one resonates with you. Then, when you know what feels right, I can give you further guidance. With love, Andrew
The Adi Mantra is part of Yogi Bhajan's system, based in Sikhism. This sequence is from a different lineage of Kriya Yoga, which has no affiliation with Sikhism. If you feel it resonates with you, you can still tune in with "Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo", in your own practice. However it would not be appropriate for me to teach it in this way.
Hello Adas, great observation! Yes, when I teach Yogi Bhajan's style I do open with the Adi Mantra. However when I teach from other lineages such as this sequence - from Kriya Yoga - or when I teach Traditional Kundalini, I start the classes in other ways 🙏🏼💕
@@RefeelYoga ah ok, thanks for answering, I was not sure because of the title if it was a kundalini series or something else as you just clarified, thanks! Sat nam!
Thank you Jo! I'm glad you're enjoiyng :) I have studied at many schools, under quite a few different teachers. Though I don't associate myself with any one lineage. This practice in perticular is from Kriya Yoga but I received to prior to a Shaktipat ritual from the Nityananda lineage
Certainly! I assume you are referring to the exercise for Svadhistana, the second Chakra? You want to focus on accumulating energy at the area just above the genitals. Inhale through the nose and squeeze the PC muscle (the muscles that stops the flow of urine). Exhale through the mouth and release the PC muscle. Repeat. In + squeeze, out + release. Focus on gathering sexual energy around the pelvic region.
It really depends on you. If you feel vitalized and motivated to practice daily, you most certainly can take it up as a daily practice. If it starts to feel like too much. It may be a stretch for your "battery" and might be better to practice only once or twice a week, until you feel you can comfortable add more.
Practice during menstruation is a completely individual choice. If it feels good for you, go for it. However, if you notice any discomfort or pain during any of the practices, make sure to modify it so that it's comfortable for you. Some women find a lot of relief from practising yoga and moving energy during their cycle while other women prefer to rest and take it easy. Always respect where you are day-to-day and be open to change, if needed 🙏
Hey Shubhang, As I don't know you personally I cannot say if this would be appropriate to take on as a daily practice. It can be a very intense sequence so it would depend on a few factors such as how long you have been practicing, the strength of your nervous system, your diet and sleep patterns and your overall body type. If you are new to working with energy/pranayama I think doing this daily might be a bit too ambitions. Also if your diet is not very 'clean' it would be better to focus more on asana to purify the nervous system before taking on such an intense practice, daily. If you are a very airy/vata person then doing this daily could cause too much increase of the air element. I would recommend to balance this practice with some grounding practices. Especially if you are also doing shambhavi and mahamudra regularily! I would suggest to do this one day, then work on Muladhara Chakra the next. And repeat. Maybe the second week do this two days, then Muladhara. Observe yourself closely. Notice the effect on your mind, emotions, memory, etc. I think it's an amazing practice. But if doing it too often starts to cause you to feel unwell or 'spaced out', when you need to be focused, then make sure to take the appropriate actions to balance 💕 If you want some extra advice or would like to keep me in the loop on your experience with the practice, I would be happy to hear about it! You can e-mail me at refeel1on1@gmail.com 🙏🏼
@@RefeelYoga Thank you for info I really appreciate it and I am having a pitta body type this I can build muscles fast but have fat accumulation as well , as for diet I am vegetarian with proper meal intake 3 times a day. I am bodybuilding for 3 years now butI have been practicing with pranayam and Asana only for 4 months and meditation for 6 months. You are the expert and I'll go with your advice on this. what would you recommend me doing on a daily basis? I am doing my meditation n pranayam in morning and 3 hours after that I am in the gym pumping weights
Okay, you sound like this type of practice will be appropriate for you. Still I wouldn't recommend every day to start. 3-4 times per week with the alternate days focusing on more relaxing pranayama or meditation should be great for you! And of course oberserve how the practice is going and adjust if needed. Your pita may go up as well. So you may find yourself extra energized, extra hungry or you may also experience and increase in impatience or irritability. This can also come as a detoxification side effect so it may pass after a couple days. But it if is staying and you start finding yourself tense or frustrated often, it could be a sign to reduce the practice.
The weight lifting you are doing will be good for keeping muladhara strong so for this reason I recommend having some days that are focused more on relaxing/cooling practice so you don't get into too much fire
@@RefeelYoga Sir I have come to a conclusion that I will doing your Daily warm up series the 30 minute version along with Isha kriya meditation ( sambhavi mudra) 6 days a week and on Sunday I will be practicing your 7 chakra sequence. Would love to hear your thoughts on this 🙏

Are you in Miami? I would love to meet you and do one on one meditative classes. This was so amazing and needed. I need to do this everyday I wake up.
Thank you Bruja! I'm very happy that you enjoyed 💖
At the moment we are in Canada, just about to start moving again and probably make our way South soon ;)
Thanks for teaching this... I am searching also for remaining 2 chakras.... Which r outside of body

Thank you Sam! I'm glad you are enjoying the practices!
I'm unsure, are you asking me for a video of a specific practice?
Namaste :)
I loved that session!
@@RefeelYoga thanks for the tip. I will get comfortable with it first.
Love the nature sounds ❤️

Thank you Nadja 🙏🏼💕
Thank you🤩. Loved it. Is there any good yoga book that you recommend?
There's three books that I always recommend when asked this question.
The first is for learning about Kundalini and the Chakras, called "Kundalini Tantra".
The second is for expanding your understanding of the Chakras, called "Practical Yoga Psychology".
And the third is not really about Yoga, in the traditional sense, but has been an invaluable tool for me on my journey to learn how to work with emotions. It's called "Letting Go"
Here are some links to these three books:
Kundalini Tantra: amzn.to/3b87awi
Practical Yoga Psychology: amzn.to/3baa1ot
Letting Go: amzn.to/3hJ7hAP
Full disclosure: These are affiliate links, meaning that by making a purchase using these links you will also be supporting me and Clelia in our journey ;)
And one last great book, that I just recently read; if you want to go further into Yogic and Tantric philosophy is:
Shakti Rising: amzn.to/3lwAOjO
I thoughth of one more book that really inspired me early on my practice. A commentary on the Yoga Sutras, basically the bible of Yoga:
The Heart of Yoga: amzn.to/3lGLXi2
Amazing Andrew 🙏
Thank you Ria 🙏🏼💕
Hey! Thank you so much I loved this. Do you think you could elaborate just a little on how exactly you're supposed to hold your neck muscles in that exercise?? I'm not sure I'm doing it correctly. Thanks again! xoxo
Hello Torri, thank you so much! I'm happy you are enjoying the practice :)
I am assuming you are referring to Ujjayi Pranayama, when we do the practice for Vishuddha Chakra?
But it was very inspiring and the rest of my body and minde feels good - thank you 🙏♥️
That's awesome Tina! I'm so glad you have such an uplifting experience. Laughing during the practice is such a wonderful way to move energy 😍🤣🙏
It should be mandatory for every human these days to do that because people seem to be stressed and hostile. Lol
Let it out!
Great vid, thanks buddy! When you find yourself in Gold Coast Australia, let us know!
Thank you Craig! We will definitely keep the community posted when we start to move around again 🙏🏼💕
hey great vid. but how can i tell if a chakra has been opened?
I'm so glad that you are enjoying this practice, and many of our other classes 🙏💞
Unfortunately I cannot help you find the song that used to play in this class.

Hello friend iam new here can I start these practices without any training on yoga or other stuff
Hello friend, and welcome to Refeel Yoga :)
This specific practice is very strong. So I would not recommend a beginner to start with this practice.
Great videos for beginners are
"Hatha Yoga: Increase Mobility, Flexibility and Circulation" ua-cam.com/video/sAoeAPRW9sU/v-deo.html
"Spinal Series for a Healthy Nervous System" ua-cam.com/video/TbOAGvRyMQw/v-deo.html
"Kundalini Yoga: Complete Spinal Series" ua-cam.com/video/VUOMNmkzXSw/v-deo.html
"Pranayama: Enhance Your Breathing Practice" ua-cam.com/video/ufg5KuU_1bA/v-deo.html
or any of the videos from Clelia's Chakra Yoga series
ua-cam.com/play/PL9x6oNwZBfuxhglw2UwPXHKoeuTnrnlis.html
All of these classes give different examples of Yogic practices. Try them out and see which one resonates with you. Then, when you know what feels right, I can give you further guidance.
With love,
Andrew
@@RefeelYoga tq very much friend u are very kind and helping
I'm happy to help anyone who's interested to learn 🙏
@@RefeelYoga❤ You are a blessing from the universe sharing your gift for others.
Too bad I can’t do this with spinal problems. :/
What happened to the ong namo guru Dev namo at the beginning?
The Adi Mantra is part of Yogi Bhajan's system, based in Sikhism. This sequence is from a different lineage of Kriya Yoga, which has no affiliation with Sikhism.
If you feel it resonates with you, you can still tune in with "Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo", in your own practice. However it would not be appropriate for me to teach it in this way.
In kundalini we always open the space with the Adi mantra...I am wondering if you are changing the kriyas which cant be done taught as Yogi Bhajan
Sat nam!
@@Adamartinez16 You're welcome! Keep spreading the light 💖
Sat Nam 🙏🏼
Hey, thank you for the practice. Could I ask you which school of kundalini you learn from? I would appreciate your answer :)
Thank you Jo! I'm glad you're enjoiyng :)
I have studied at many schools, under quite a few different teachers. Though I don't associate myself with any one lineage. This practice in perticular is from Kriya Yoga but I received to prior to a Shaktipat ritual from the Nityananda lineage
Sir i dint understand the 2nd exercise , can please explain me ..
Focus on gathering sexual energy around the pelvic region.
how often should we practice that?
It really depends on you. If you feel vitalized and motivated to practice daily, you most certainly can take it up as a daily practice. If it starts to feel like too much. It may be a stretch for your "battery" and might be better to practice only once or twice a week, until you feel you can comfortable add more.
thank you^^
Hey! Can we practice this session during menstruation?
Practice during menstruation is a completely individual choice. If it feels good for you, go for it. However, if you notice any discomfort or pain during any of the practices, make sure to modify it so that it's comfortable for you. Some women find a lot of relief from practising yoga and moving energy during their cycle while other women prefer to rest and take it easy. Always respect where you are day-to-day and be open to change, if needed 🙏
Am I the only one out here burping like crazy?! Unblocking those chakras I guess!
🤣 it's a great sign! Good work 😁💝

Thank you 🙏
Hey man this was powerful. I wanted to ask that can this be done as a practice everyday before starting my sambhavi mahamudra meditation
Hey Shubhang,
As I don't know you personally I cannot say if this would be appropriate to take on as a daily practice.
But if doing it too often starts to cause you to feel unwell or 'spaced out', when you need to be focused, then make sure to take the appropriate actions to balance 💕
If you want some extra advice or would like to keep me in the loop on your experience with the practice, I would be happy to hear about it!
