ive been working out and doing yoga pretty consistently the past few months but nothing left me as sore as doing this workout did. which is a GOOD thing because it means i’m using and stretching parts of my body that have been dormant for too long. long story short; thank you!

hi, I did the whole series in one go and it was so powerful afterwards. i had to get up to open the door to someone and I was so dizzy and vibrating in the whole body so I had to go back to sit down meditate. and i felt all the energy rising up into my head. this was the first time i did this series. i did other ones before. but this one is very powerful. maybe because of the lot of intense exercises after each other. Thank you so much!

Namaste, I am practicing your warm up series from three weeks now. I like the energy of the session. Now my body wants a series totally focusing on the upper body as I have gained weight on arms and upper back shoulder and there is nothing specific(kundalini) on internet. I hope you make a series on upper body and lower body separately.
Hello Harrini, I am not quite sure what it is you're looking for. If you want to lose weight than any dynamic movements or breathing can help to facilitate this - upper or lower body is the same. I highly recommend checking out the video "Kundalini Wake Up Series" if your main objective is weight loss. As this practice first thing in the morning gives a great kickstart to the metabolism and purification systems of the body. Otherwise, usually when we focus on the upper body we are working with the higher chakras - Anahata/Love, Vishuddha/Inspiration or Ajña/Perception - which would be more meditative practices and not necessarily promoting much weight loss. Alternatively, if you are just looking for strengthening or toning of the muscles of your upper body, then there are many things that can be done. Though, personally, I would go with something more like gymnastic exercises for strength training. Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions or requests 🙏🏼
