Wow! Some of these poses like the down dog variation and the cactus arm twist were a bit intense and hard BUT I found puppy dog, the child’s poses and sphinx super relaxing. Definitely going to repeat though. Thanks ❤

Wow great stretch! Definitely going to do this one again! I loved the puppy dog pose 😊 but wow that bow pose i couldnt lift my legs very high but i suppose it'll come with practice 😅😅
I did this one mid morning & really helped my back thank you. It was really thought provoking & you are so right about focus on my breathing. Wish I could do these sessions all the time!! See you tomorrow ❤

I did a tough workout class this morning and then this video in the afternoon. When we hit the puppy pose I felt something change in me spiritually. Saving for later ❤
Enjoyed the stretch. My body is extremely tight. I still struggle with the twists, so I held it for as long as I safely could then moved back into downward dog for the remainder of the count. Thank you for another wonderful video.
@@sarahbethyoga it’s funny how the same practice can make me feel so many different things depending on where my mind is at. But I’m learning to allow myself to modify or even stop if that’s what I need.
