This is day three of our journey on El Camino De Santiago. We are walking the camino in Winter with our 6 month old baby son, and sharing our experiences, joys, pain and the lovely countryside as we go.
I've been watching Camino videos for days and I must say you three are the bravest and toughest pilgrims yet. I will say that if I ever have the pleasure of meeting you and your wife on the trail I'm going buy her the biggest bowl of soup I can find. Thanks for sharing your journey.
Well done, what an adventure, you are so blessed to have such an awesome wife who will follow your lead on this.
These videos make me want to walk the camino de santiago as well.
That is ONE CUTE BABY!
sooo inspiring! Gratitude to you 3!
your baby is such happy little camper , just beautiful
Ridiculously adorable baby
So enjoyed your day 2, can't even imagine how sore you get holding up an umbrella.
well done you three! I can't take my eyes of Indigo-beaming with health and happiness. watching you doing this gives me a boost. keep it up , you are amazing. sending love and big hugs
Thanks.for the message of "focusing on our blessings"! Powerful stuff...thanks to wonderful family for sharing your journey! Stay safe...looking forward to next blog!
Thank you Ivelina. Love and big hugs to you and your family. xxx
I'm really happy I found your videos. This is what I was looking for, proper vlog from Camino de Santiogo walk. Thanks very much for uploading.
Dio mio che bel bambino. Somiglia molto alla mamma. Complimenti a tutti e due per la scelta coraggiosa. Buen Camino
I found your hoodie so appropriate-- very reminiscent of a wimple, much as I would imagine the original pilgrims wore (the Wife of Bath, for example)
Che bello vedere il vostro bambino felice!!!!!!!!!
Indigo is such a grounded baby ;-) Precious ;-)
I found your channel recently, and have been really enjoying your videos. Much respect for this new journey you're on. Keep it up and I shall continue to watch a
I love the ending of this video.
Great video-great ending-ive been incorporating thankfulness often since thanksgiving it made me feel so good I want to keep it close, loved the part where you guys were singing- I gave my walking stick to Dan Mcdonald as he is a great assett to me I wanted him to be grounded
Well done guys! Indigo looks very happy :)
Blessings on your journey! I love watching your vlogs....hang in there!
i actually love you guys
Just Matthew's sense of humour. We didn't really go across the river on a metal rope. toria x
I don't get it.And I say that after having watched all you Camino vlogs twice. Why do it (with a baby) when you did?! It would have made more sense to do it in either spring - hot,but not too hot - or summer.More so due to you both being vegans.Warm weather means lots of freshly grown vegetables. It ain't rocket science.(More Albergues open;more stores.Equals more catering to your dietary requirements.).And considering that you are an ex-marine! I would expect you to be more organised. Last thing: I am walking the Camino this coming October/November.I am handicapped;so I will have to take extra items( a potty, pads, etc) just as you had to take extra kit. An d as I only get £100 a week I,too, will be on a budget.HOWEVER! My rucksack sure-as-hell isn't ..15 years old?! Next time you trek go to Ebay! My 4 season inflatable mat - R.R.P £180 - cost me £49(with p.and p, costs).I had the winning bid for a £210 pair of boots - R.R.P. £182. My Osprey rucksack - less than a year old! - I got for £48.Again! Go to Ebay. And avaoid the winter months....especially in the Pyrenees..........
You guys are awesome
You guys are amazing...
well done guys.
wow nice video brotha sistas! beautiful. ~
Thank You! :-)
They look cool.... Indigo is a bit young for that yet. He needs to be close to his mama all the time. :-)
Victoria got her soup in the end ;~)
Absolutely essential! The Camino de Santiago is a unique experience that can change you life forever.
If someone wants to dig deeper on the Camino, from another point of view, a chapter of the novel "BUEN CAMINO!", can be download free of charge!
