Well being a southern Boy who loves cooking, I put me own little twist on it and I swear, they turned out GREAT!!!! check it out... this is much more than a cooking video... If you need more info on the Everglades Seasoning that I'm using, go to www.evergladesseasoning.com/

    This reminds me of when I was a kid and my parents were still together. I’m 18 now and moved out living alone. It’s my first holiday season alone. This made me feel a bit of the happiness I did around the holidays with my family. Thank you

    I learned from a local grower here that does the giant competition pumpkins. And we also do float races where you sit in the pumpkin down the river it's loads of fun. Anyway you're supposed to cut the pumpkin on the bottom. It's easier to get the seeds out and if you carve it and set it on the porch you always have a flat surface for your candle and you never have to worry about the lid being in the right spot because you just throw it away.

    I ordered some Everglades - had to order from Amazon / not available locally here in Michigan/Wisconsin. I was disappointed to see it's largely flavored by MSG (monosodium glutamate) w/ some garlic, onion & sugar.
    My favorite discovery for seasoning is the MESQUITE seasoning that COSTCO stores sell (i.e., Kirkland product line). Great, slightly smoky flavor.

    • @deermeatfordinner
      @deermeatfordinner  10 років тому +2

Just pour it in with the coconut oil and mix it up. SERIOUSLY!!!!! :)
