🚨 Recipe 🚨
Honey Chipotle:
8oz seeds
1 tsp avocado oil
1/2 tsp chipotle
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Dash smoked paprika
1 tbsp honey
Kitchen besties to taste (S&P)
Sprinkle of brown sugar (optional)
Chili-Lime:
8oz seeds
1 tsp avocado oil
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp garlic
1/4 cumin
Dash of cayenne
Zest of whole lime; juice of half
Notes: if your planning on saving these, use the lime juice while seasoning vs at the end to prevent you from loosing the crispness. I had these for a get together with some friends so they were gone pretty fast haha.

Pumpkin seeds are a good texture addition. I add it to my Hummus with lamb and pita, to buffalo Carpaccio with elote and I candy them and add them to pumpkin pie and brittles and even ice cream
They are definitely a great addition for texture. I really love the idea of candying them 🤤🤤

Oh man, roasted pumpkin seeds are such a treat this time of year. I'm definitely making a batch of these to try, in addition to the spicy garam masala pumpkin seeds I usually make. I made some Thai red curry with roasted pumpkin and it was outstanding. Looking forward to trying both of these with the seeds!
