Oh man, roasted pumpkin seeds are such a treat this time of year. I'm definitely making a batch of these to try, in addition to the spicy garam masala pumpkin seeds I usually make. I made some Thai red curry with roasted pumpkin and it was outstanding. Looking forward to trying both of these with the seeds!

Actually when you heat honey it turns toxic. You're not supposed to heat honey or cook with it at all. I'm just passing on information. I myself like to put it on warm toast. You're a walking testimony my information could possibly be incorrect. Thank you.
