Single leg work has helped me feel a lot more agile. It's great for driving up quickly after taking a shot too.

Yes I have done all 5 exercices in one Session twice now. But I dont know how many reps and sets you recommend.
      Right now i do
5 Sets w/ 5 reps each powersnatch (95% possible weight)
5 Sets w/ 5 reps Pause low squads (95% possible weight)
3 sets for each leg for 30 seconds
Medizin Ball 3 Sets of 60 seconds
Poly-leg-jumping 2 Sets of 10 jumping lines for each leg.
Is That optimal for Maximum explosivness in Wrestling? Or what are you recommendations?
Thank you very much! Greetings from Germany!

Hi Dane, I have a question about wrestling training. As a wrestler I've sometimes struggled with recovering during a match or training after a really hard scramble after tying up or scrambling to take an opponent down. I've seen your prior videos about how train as a wrestler and I'm assuming this relates to Anaraerobic Glycolitic Training??????? If so can you make a video or share some literature on how to improve this energy system to be in better shape during wrestling. Not that I cant always improve, but I personally have always been an explosive wrestler and feeling gassed during these exchanges often left me feeling like I was out of shape. Thank you as ALWWAYS for the content. You are greatly appreciated and I greatly appreciate your time and knowledge. Stay safe and strong Dane

Hey Sam, great to hear from you! We will be releasing a video later on how to train in season for wrestlers, this will highlight how to improve cardio and overall conditioning for matches. A quick tip we can give is to try to get on an assault bike | stationary bike for 3 times a week for 30 minutes. This will also help with your recovery throughout the week.

My son is 13 and has been wrestling since he was 9. I use a lot of your wrestling specific exercises for him. He's in season now and has practice 5 days a week. We lift together about 4 days a week. I know you can overtrain, how often should he lift at 13 during season? It's hard to just ask him and just listen to his body. He wrestles year round and is all in, that's all he wants to do. Any advice would be helpful.

Try different sizes if you can you are looking for comfortable to use but not overly easy to use.
