From my personal experience the things I talk about in the video have led to instant improvements for me. For example, after initially incorporating stretching (recovery) after my morning run, I instantly felt less soreness/tightness the very next day. I'm sure Lionel Messi doesn't do everything what you've stated in your findings. Some people are just talented regardless. Some people don't have to study 1 week for a test but I do. I put in more work and effort studying and get 80-85% but they get a 90-95% studying the night before so your finding are a bit misleading and very easy to debate.
