Was apprehensive about warrior 2 holds coz Dylan Werner has a one minute hold on each side for the same pose on Alo Moves and I was shaking but this was do-able. Was it 2 minutes on each side or in total? Second side felt shorter. Anyway, great class, woke up feeling tired and sore, not really motivated to move but this session appealed to me and felt good.
I love Werner - he's an incredibly strong teacher and I definitely get some inspo from him. I did time each side in post production - side 1 was 2:03. Side 2 was 1:50. So you're right. I'm really impressed you noticed!
When you said, "now it's time for the challenging part" I had a few words about that and my husband laughed his butt off!!! 🤣🤣🤣 I did it though!!! 👌🏽Thanks for the challenge!

This is really challenging and I love it. The most challenging posture for me was the warrior 2. I felt my mind betraying my body.

So many fun things to do in squat! Try also reaching 1 hand back and 1 hand forward in space. And yeah, 2 min warriors made 🔥 for sure!
