    I must confess! Our warrior 2 holds were actually 2 minutes - not a minute and a half. 😅 you are stronger than you thought! They were my favorite pose this class, how about you?

    I loved this one Kate! I liked the razor edge low lunge part! Very different, and I loved the extra stretch! That’s why I like your videos, always learn a new move with you. I subscribe to several yoga channels, and when I’m up for a challenge I pick KATE!❤. Thank you for sharing, and your positive energy

    I love the magic of your Yoga classes.

    Kate, I really thought I was going to suffer A LOT during this class but you cheering me up was everything. I still have a lot ahead me to reach my goals but each time, with your classes, I feel more empowered and more in control of my body. The classes are getting easier and easier for me compared to when I began with you ! It changes everything in my practice of danse !
    Kate, you really are my safe space at the moment and I am so grateful for that, thank you so much ! 😊

    My favorite new learning tool is being in the yogi squat and tipping each knee down to meet the mat… I thought those warrior 2’s were more than a minute 😅 g

    Was apprehensive about warrior 2 holds coz Dylan Werner has a one minute hold on each side for the same pose on Alo Moves and I was shaking but this was do-able. Was it 2 minutes on each side or in total? Second side felt shorter. Anyway, great class, woke up feeling tired and sore, not really motivated to move but this session appealed to me and felt good.

      I love Werner - he's an incredibly strong teacher and I definitely get some inspo from him. I did time each side in post production - side 1 was 2:03. Side 2 was 1:50.
      So you're right. I'm really impressed you noticed!
