Whenever I’m feeling off or am doubting myself I love this flow,it’s one of my top 5 favorites. I’m 4 years clean and sober as of April 4th. I’ve worked through it and I still have my days. instead of numbing,I do one of 3 or 4 practices that prove to me how amazing i am. The physical and mental strength it takes to do this flow is huge. I am grateful I found your channel when I went looking for someone to keep my attention in yoga after the plateau I hit after the first 5- ish months.
I started this session as a remedy to a bad day. And after this hour with you I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror and found myself ugly... but that's the magic you provide: I felt beautiful anyway. Thank you for this perfect balance of wellness creativity and challenge... for the safe space and love. I known my form is not there, I am not as supple and strong as you, but I feel strong, I feel beautiful and I know I'll get there whatever that réflexion looks like. Thank you Charlie

Balance is a struggle but we have to start somewhere and you are a thoughtful yoga instructor allowing each move to be thoughtful while in the position or transitioning. I feel much more elegant when I follow you even if I’m tipping over 😂. Until tomorrow.

A very nice flow. I enjoy the hip openers but am only at the front end of the arm balance poses. Working on my arm strength and flexibility. A journey of discovery.
Hi. I would like to request more of exactly this. This is the most optimal stile in my opinion. I loooove the strong transitions, love creative and challenging shapes. Love working towards them. This is sooo soft and head all in one. Like mountain creek flows and plays with you:)

Today was the first day that i even came close to being able tobeing able to bend at the hips while standing with one leg lifted out to the side. Almost every day has some first since ive been practicing with charlie daily. She is a blessing!

Hi Charlie I've been following your classes for about a year and I love them! This was very challenging for me, I couldn't do many poses! I feel like I've made progress this year, but getting up on my arms or doing the splits seems to be out of my limits! Anyway, I felt fitter than when I was younger. Thank you for this and several other videos. I did ashtanga for many years but after having a baby I don't have the time to go to the shala anymore. I did yoga alone at home for a long time and I was losing my motivation. You're videos are really helping me gain enthusiasm and phocus again.
For the first time ever I did an hour long yoga session which was this one! I loved this flow! I even tried doing the challenging poses where you use your upper body strength but just couldn’t lift myself and would just topple over and I’d laugh and get back up 🤣 This was very fun to do and every-time I’d see you do a pose I can’t do I would just wait or do a variation. Did this session this morning coz my yoga app was wonky. Enjoyed the inner thigh stretches that helped later in the side splits. Surprised that flying pigeon came before crow when the former is the more challenging arm balance. Restorative and quiet at the end. I added in some side split wall work too. Thanks, Charlie.
Hey Minwei, happy you joined me for a class, sorry about your app. This class was a bit of a mixture, not really a progression like you might be used to which is why there wasn't a specific order of poses, just a free flow. I hope you enjoyed the surprises x

Sure I actually haven’t bought any new yoga clothes in a long time because I try to keep my wardrobe minimal but for example this green set is from my proteins clothing company mp and I also frequently wear a set from USA pro women’s collection and sometimes a few pieces from alo yoga.

I was not expecting to be practicing some splits today, but I can see major improvements ever since starting your videos so can't even be mad XD. Very challenging poses with the single leg standing forward folds but I loved every second of it! Thank you as always Charlie x

For me as not a flexible yogy it was a not possible lesson , can even say a dangerous one. I intermediate for myself but could use. A help of warnings positions. Thanks❤

Absolutely loved this strong & challenging practice Charlie! The crash pad was extremely handy as I kept falling over all the time….but yes, I am glad I am beginning to take on these challenges head-on in the literal sense 😅💚👩🏻💚💪🏻💋🥰👌🏻🙏🏻Thank you as always for pushing my limits. You might want to have a crash pad next to you to demonstrate the safest ways to fall over…

40:25 my 2 1/2 year old was on my tripled foam mats next to my mat, directly under my leg when I hinged at the hip. Funny how when I’m trying to not fall on my baby boy I’m able to hold it like a statue 😒😌. He insists on being next to me right now 🤦🏻♀️🤷♀️

I had to stop and watch what were you doing exactly. I got frustrated. I have been practicing yoga for many years and I like your routines but I often get lost.
