People have told you in almost every single video to stop with the quick cut editing style because it’s annoying, yet you still continue to do it? Why? Do you not want subscribers?
I would have liked to see the images for a longer time. It seemed to jump too early from one image to another, I found it difficult to see because of this.
Nobody has probably created a better documentary about this outstanding location. Standing ovation for you Guys, mr. Klein and all his staff! Have always great time!!! 😘
The video is great! I really love documentaries focusing on restauranteurs and chefs. I'm especially interested in the story behind the chef - how they got there, what inspired them, hardships and sacrifices, etc., and am definitely more interested in the process of creating the food more than the end result. I especially *loved* the behind the scenes tour René gave! That was pretty unique. I would suggest less scene cuts and sped up clips for future videos. I was referred here from the r/documentaries subreddit.
This restaurant looks absolutely stunning , the owner has such an exquisite sense of food and style my Favourite vídeo from this channel so far , amusing behind the scenes
Every once in a while I visit this video. One of my all time favourites from your channel. Along with the Plaza Athenee one, the one with the lots of caviar :D
Was it hard for you to convince him to let you do the filming? Cause I was like “Dang it, everything is so perfect. Amazing.” And the decorations are very detailed, cozy and elegant.
Qaza Qaza well, not realy, because we have experience and reputation. So chefs can see what we do and like it. We are controlfreaks ;) also want everything to be perfect in our movies ;))) what did you like most in the restaurant?
I can’t tell what I love about this restaurant cause I love everything 😊😊😊 However, if I have to name 1 thing. I’ll pick the statues cause they are so beautiful and delicate.
I admit, i was shocked to see the cooks handling so much food with their bare hands. It looked like they were touching everything and not a glove in sight. But it was still a facinating video.
The more I see and go to these types of restaurants the more I’m realizing they all serve the same thing caviar, tartar , scallops , white fish and some type of sorbet for dessert and always Granny Smith apples why is that are they really that unique
@@CompletedReview Selling wealthy folks the fancy experience is all about brand perception more then it is substance and quality. You shit on a plate stick a little bit of gold leaf and price it at $500 a plate. And shit will sell i'm telling you i can't wait to start my own poopoo platter restaurant!🤣🤣🤣
Despite that have a clearly french classic base that man looking forward with classy and smart. The silence in the kitchen the guest book organization and all the aura in the restaurant and the dishes are very conteporany. I ask but its my opinion a more clear description of the dish but this video looks like more focused on all the structure.
Matteo Griffoni thank you for your feedback. Yes, we focused on the "how the restaurant works from inside", more than on the food. Do you think we should improve something?
Not at all . i can only suggest if you travel in copenaghen to try restaurant Relae. I wish to eat there but i cant find nobody that have eaten or do a video about . they have a very nice philosophy about soustenibility. From farm kitchen and wines
Unbelievable that they do not have three stars.A grave mistake. It a serious question about the guide itself. Then at least probably the best two star restaurant.
@@gregorsamsa1364 Unfortunately, I did not at this restaurant, but I was at Klein's 2007 in Restaurant L'Arnsbourg. He was three stars at the time and was perfect
When was the first time anybody thought that adding scultpure of a shark would really elevate a dish? I know that anybody can say this, but really just create good food!!!!
Raw langostine with some berries and pomegranite, salt? Its kind of pretty, but be honest, if u were at someones home on the couch and served it on a styrofoam plate, you would not be impressed at all. The beautiful atmosphere of the space makes 95% of that dish. French are master dairy users though.
Hahaha, you missed the point. It is a mix between classic french cuisine and modern cooking technics. If only you had the opportunity to eat in this restaurant you'd think differently. The main goal is to work with local quality products with new textures and mix of flavors. The chef is one of the greatest in the world. Incredible place.
Sizzler is perfec for low IQ people. Enjoy the frozen, GMO, preserved, processed foods. They will maintain your intellect in the desireable control range..
Your ignorance is painful. Enjoy your garlic bread at the Sizzler buffet and leave the real food to the adults in the room. Good grief, and you have the nerve to brag about it.
Complètement d'accord beau et pas bonne ça serve a rien.... ! Bonne e pas beau c'est bien. E ouï.. pas mal de cusinier fais le contraire... un de meilleures restaurants du monde sûrement..
Hey guys! How did you like the video? Leave your comments. What is the most impressive thing that you saw?

Stop with shitty camera jumps and stuff ty
The artisan glass masters.
unsuitable background music, otherwise great!!

I really like the chef and his philosophy, its genuine and heartfelt... something not all high end chefs have.

Brilliant! Simple comforting atmosphere to dine in and savour the essence.

We are glad that you liked it. Thanks for your feedback!
I ate the golden Egg and i never experienced such a good taste in my entire life😍
How much do you pay when you dine in this kind of restaurant? Is it 280-300 usd?
@@nikkijaneallison Hello, I work in this restaurant and the average ticket is around 255 USD ! The cheapest menu cost 95 dollars without drinks
That chef really wanted to be a doctor but didnt get into med school
Good job he didn't as more people look forward to visiting his restaurant than their doctors' surgeries! 🤣
Most impresive was the whole koncept!

Qaza Qaza it's pure Lalique! Flowers. Woman. Flora
Great content but
Please adjust the way you film. Cutting in and out makes many dizzy
YES! WE will do it different way! Thanks for understanding. Today we will publish new video - it will be different
Another great video! A little improvement would be showing the plates a second longer :-)
Mathis! Thank you! We will do this for our future videos!

Great video ! But the edit is too fast..
He makes nice ambiance
the first video i saw was the three Michelin star restaurant and now am skeptical about watching a two star restaurant :P

Check out our videos from Spain
The manipulation of flavors and textures cannot be captured in film. But I promise you the guests are not experiencing the same thing.

True!

When did Messi start selling wine?
Better than a döner kebap with salad tomatoe & onion ?
If paul takes a dmt trip he will realize that it doesn't matter and quit and just enjoy nature and love

Well in France, 30% of every restaurant closed yes

the editing of the video and the way the camera moves

This is not French cooking. It's the weird fusion, faux Asian stuff you find at every high end American restaurant. 'Pauvre Escoffier!'

@gipcambero Did you eat at the Grand Véfour in the 70’s? If not, your comment is useless.
over rated and over dressed plates of food. I prefer a good meal at a Sizzler buffet than pay a ridiculous amount of money.
