- Admiral Greenert, a decorated career officer with the U.S. Navy, presently serving as the Chief of Naval Operations, cites personal integrity and team work as essential qualities for successful leaders.
A 1975 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Admiral Greenert competed studies in nuclear power for service as a submarine officer. Following four submarine assignments, he was placed in command of USS Honolulu from 1991 to 1993. Admiral Greenert then went on to serve as commander of the U.S. 7th Fleet, U.S. Fleet Forces Command and Naval Operations.
He is a recipient of various personal and campaign awards, including the Distinguished Service Medal, Defense Superior Service Medal, and Legion of Merit. In 1992, he was awarded the Vice Admiral Stockdale Award for inspirational leadership.

I thank the Lord that your commanding officer had his moral compass working properly. I thank the Lord that you personally learned from that experience and projected those values in your career serving our nation. Pray for our current soldiers, that they have there moral compass in accordance with Gods Will.
You speak of American military endevours as something Lord aproves? Your compass is made out of anvil.
I met the ADM at the Naval War College in 2012
He was super humble. He reenlisted me back in 2012 on the Reagan. Mind you I was the typical salty sailor with my hands tattooed and he admired them and told me to keep up the good work and thanked us for serving.

As a former 2nd Class Petty Officer in MY Navy... I call BULLSHIT! My shipmates and I worked the mission, broke the record. We made it happen. Our OIC and our Warrant Officer (AMO) took care of us, while the commissioned officers from Washington tried to screw us. I was truly blessed with having the great leadership of LCDR Hauke, LCDR Moore, and Warrant Officer (I really respect and love this man) Rodgers.

Isn't this the guy responsible for the Naval crash? Thomas Copeman along with others provided data to Jonathan about how unsafe the ship was. Jonathen did absolutely nothing and this resulted in the death of many sailors. Clap for the criminal.
He needs to speak more slowly to increase listener comprehension, especially to a prison audience where literacy is not as high.
