Can people with arthritis in the knees do this exercise
I always recommend people listen to their doctors and their body. If you follow this advice I’ll bet you it will make your knees feel better.

I am a member and I am doing the workouts but is there nowhere on the member site where they explain how to do these movements like they do on the UA-cam vids? Just asking cuz I am a senior who is struggling and the explanations of the moves are minimal.
How is that a Hindu push up? And if you’re calling it an Upward Facing Dog, please mention that yours is modified or a variation as the yoga pose you’re referring to requires the feet to be pointed towards the back and not having the toes flexed/tucked under. Thanks!
I need to push myself up from a chair, no way doing those raised leg lunges. lol Some of the other stuff, maybe .
