Yet another great and interesting interview. Don’t pay for upgraded ChatGPT and learn to write effective prompts in order to get what you want from the bot. ChatGPT is not conscious so it does not have a higher consciousness. ChatGPT is part of the Large Language Model(LLM) family. Keep in mind that whatever ChatGPT spits out you still have to have good idea of the SOW in order to fact check the responses. Everyone should learn great prompt writing skills. It is necessary now and in the future. Also, keep in mind that you will only give the government what they ask for in the format they request. Some bids may not be “proposals”, they may even ask you for certain font types, some may ask for price and quantity only, etc. Send no extra info, nothing.
Paying for for GPT-4o, let me tell you, it’s a huge difference, you still have to formulate strong prompts, but the writing ability, and understanding is far better.

Don't copy and paste that many pages. Only what is needed within the scope of work to determine a qoute from either yourself or to give to a subcontractor.

@@El67985 They are not lying. I had the same issue last week. My pc wouldn’t let me download it because it said there was a virus detected. So you would know if you have proper spyware protection and etc. It will scan stuff before letting you download it.
I let him know about this issue and he was very quick to respond. He sent me the PDF and said he took the link down to fix it. So hopefully he does soon. A lot of good information on his page for sure. He pretty much shows you everything in the document on his page.
