People make these mistakes as beginners because they are beginners hence the title beginner. It is what it is. No one just goes in knowing everything. It’s a process of growth that one must go through. You don’t “get it” until you gain your experience which you will in time and with error
I’m all over SAM but I have no income so I’m stuck at the receipt part and can’t leave $0 as an answer when registering because the system won’t let me.. and the help desk said they can’t tell me to just put $1… so I’m stuck.
It is reading what is needed in the solicitation is is overwhelming so I steer away. I saw one contract that my husband and I could actually do in Real Estate. It was getting an 7 unit building to house medical students in another state once we looked at the solicitation it was so overwhelming, since we just started. We gave up on it. I would just like to find a class or someone to sit down with me and help me get through a solicitation by helping me understand what is needed and how to fill it out. My husband is a real estate agent. I tried the product side and the profits are low

I may pursue some 'middleman (mm)' contracts however for SDVOB contracts 51% or greater of my revenue needs to be performed by myself. However if I pursue non SDVOB set asides as a 'mm' small business do I still need 51% or greater revenue for myself? Thank you!
You have to read the inquiry of the post for the contract....the devil is in the drtails. Your bid has to cater to the request. You have to narrow it the most important aspects of the service. 1/2 the time they are just going down a checklist from your proposal...if your bid doesnt even address it or the point...how can they consider you. Yall not even speaking the same language.
