    Very Interesting video! I would like to know more about the veggies and fruits to avoid…that create micro tears and cause leaky gut!
    And are bananas good for the gut? Or do they cause constipation? Thanks for great videos!❤

    Hello Ms. Lisa, I’m Ly-an from Philippines, I am struggling my acid reflux almost 2 weeks now, some point of, triggered my anxiety. Please can you recommend what the best food that i can eat?

      Hey, I suffer from acid reflex as well. I learned that eating a lot of high protein, non acidic foods helped me out. I eat a lot of chicken, beef, fish and vegetables for lunch and dinner. I usually eat sweet potatoes or brown rice. I don’t use any other oils to cook except olive oil. And when I do eat tomato or tomato based foods I usually just take two tums afterwards to help. I hope this helps you

      Oatmeal is grain and high in lectins. Lectins over time cause inflammation and diseases. I had a terrible allergy 2 years ago that made me histamine intolerant. I can’t eat any food without triggering allergy outbreaks. I had to take a supplement called histamine resist 30 min before eating so I can eat without activating my allergy. I came across Dr Gundry’s video explaining about lectins. I immediately stopped eating foods that are high in lectins. In one week I started seeing improvements on my skin until it went back to normal for a period of 3-6 months, allergies gone, glory to God!🙏Read more about grains (oatmeal, bread, pasta, rice, etc) and how it is bad for your health. I thank God for videos by Dr Gundry and Dr Berg, I learned a lot from them that makes me a lot healthier now than I was before. God bless
